My second visit to supercuts. Both times, I made an appointment and was getting my hair shampood within 30 minutes. I don't like to schedule my hair appointments regularly. I go when I feel like I need to. I love the cleanliness and brightness of the shop. The employees are very nice. I am surprised it's not busier than it is.

Looked terrible and asked to get it fixed. Really didn’t make much difference. Three hours later we are back to have another stylist try and fix it 😡

Went in today around 1. Shop open. No one in shop. Called out. Waites 5 minutes. Not a person came out from the back to check on me. I could have walked out with a sack of product. I went to Great Clips, Never going back.
