Very nice auto museum. Very nice selection of vehicles. But the hostess was the icing on the cake. She was great.

I have a Nissan with a CVT transmission in it. Nissan provided extended warranty because the transmissions weren't good. No one got with me about this extended warranty to get my transmission fixed now the warranty is over any song won't do nothing about it so I have a Nissan with a bad transmission that's going to cost me $6,200 to fix thanks Nissan for standing behind your product

I’ve had car problems for several months now and I took it to Swope Hyundai to get it fixed. After they “fixed” my car I picked it up only for it to break Down and the battery die within 30 minutes. I had it towed back to Swope for it to be fixed correctly after that. When it was fixed and I went to pick it up the second time, they had accidentally given my car to someone else. This meaning someone else had my car and was driving it without me knowing or haven give permission because Swope gave them my car as a loaner by “accident”. I did eventually get my car back after they figured out what they had done and had it brought back. The service department was very friendly and understanding but everyone else who I encountered (especially from the sales department) was not professional and didn’t seem like they were competent enough to be working there . Overall my experience at Swope was not good and very emotionally draining.

Explained my options. Went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. Appreciate the mechanics and service staff taking a bit of time for me.

We both love cars. So, this was a big hit for both of us. It's in the middle of two car lots but don't let that stop you. Even if you don't really like cars, I still feel like people would like this they have a history on each car & what I think is a new autobiography for each car that you can use your smartphone for. Shannon, I think her name was so nice & answered any questions that we had. Well worth a stop if in the area. It is also free.

I took my vehicle in to have a 'Recall' repair done. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They completed the repair quickly and I was on my way. Their service is really excellent.

The cars of yesteryear were amazing. We took our special needs students to see the cars and they were in awe. They had so many questions and were interested in seeing how much the cars have changed over time. Thank you so much for welcoming our students. What a Wonderful staff. The cars were immaculate and the showroom was just beautiful.

We were surprised at the amazing collection of cars in one location. This is a free museum. I enjoyed the QR codes, which offered additional facts and history about specific models. Douglas provided additional facts and answered questions for us. We would highly recommend adding this to your places to visit!

They have a nice varied selection of old cars. They are all in beautiful restored condition. The museum is very clean. The 2 people that worked there were very friendly. It’s such an added treat that there is no admission charge.

Wonderful staff - Shannon and Zac - offered lots of details about the cars - very beautiful showroom full of lovingly restored cars, including some famous ones. Wished we lived in the area so we could return and see them more often. One will be at the Concours d'Elegance July 15th at Keeneland. The tv series 1923 sought and bought one of their classic cars.

The staff, not very helpful at all. My partners mother did all of her research online so when we got there she would be ready to buy. He never even showed us the car. And continued to push cars on her that she did not like and stated such. Won't be going back
