Deceptive sales practices. They will say anything to sell you a phone and then tell you that they can’t do what was agreed upon once you have made your purchase. Just purchase your phone directly from the manufacturers. Lessons learned.

I can not say I am a T-Mobile fan, despite having been with them for over 20 years.However, today was a great experience. There were just enough customers for each of the representatives.Donovan was the guy who helped me today. After getting the run around the day before from a different T-Mobile store and having to try to get my issue resolved which took over an hour was a nightmare. The sales reps were nice and as helpful as they could be, they just hadn't experienced my situation before and were at a loss as to what to do or how they can help.Donovan and the service rep. helping on the phone were efficient, friendly, gave me no problems whatsoever.What turned out to be an hour episode the previous day turned out to be a 20 minute quick (T-Mobile quick, anyway) stop, and everything was resolved.Thank you for Donovan and the lady associate on the phone I was talking with. They were excellent.

Always friendly, very helpful staff that will get you what you need with great customer service and quickly. They're very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. My husband and I switched over from At&t because we needed an international plan with him going overseas. We got a killer deal on brand new phones, cases, covers, chargers, etc. We pay slightly more than we did at att but that's just because we tacked on the price of our phones and everything. The service is about a million times faster and no data slowdowns! That was always so frustrating with att, they kept raising our bill every few months, adding nothing and halfway through the month our data was so slow you couldn't listen to a freakin podcast or use maps properly. No issues with that anymore, we're over 6 months in and thrilled with TMobile. If you're on the fence, just switch.

The store is clean and very nice on the eye as you walk through the door. The employees are the best, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable of their products and procedures. It's always a pleasure to do business at this store. I do recommend this store.

Very rude workers. Wasn't helpful at all. Been a customer for 23 years and have never been treated the way I have been when I went in there. At this point I'm almost ready to cancel this service. As soon as I walked in they didn't even want to help me. There was two employees who started to help then refused to continue to help and told me to call customer care. Which I already did before coming in and they told me to come in to fix the problem with my account. They originally messed up the name change and now won't fix it. And I more than likely won't give this place a second chance. They are not helpful after messing up my account.

Was lied to about restocking fee by employee after we purchased a phone 5 days in to having the phone. The phone was trash and I would never recommend buying the Samsung Galaxy A14 from any T-Mobile store what so ever. They are trash phones and don't have good space or service. This store told us the restocking fee was $50.00 and the other store just 15 minutes up the road told us the restocking fee was $14.00. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Nobody who “works” there says a word to you when you walk in. There are no signs or obvious waiting areas , so you just have to stand there like an idiot and hope that one of the worker drones will make eye contact. It’s a complete cluster in there if more than one customer needs help. I understand it’s tough to help everyone immediately but AT LEAST acknowledge a customer when they come in. It also would be nice to know that you will be helped at some point, and in the order you arrived instead of just a free-for-all system.

Great service. No waiting. Took my kids to add them to my plan and get new phones for them too. Sales guy knew what he was doing and got both phones transferred over from the old phones. Even was able to keep old numbers even since they were from AT&T
