“Great service and knowledgeable staff. I know get all my tires and repairs on tires there. They do my zero turn mowing tires for my sons mowing business and my tires for trailers and all my fleet trucks for my business. I go there about every 2 months now for about a year. Sherry recommended that I buy 10 ply tires for my trailer and she was so right it was well worth the extra little bit of money. I use that trailer all the time moving up to 2,500 pounds of lumber and the tires don’t squat a bit. Solid company with great staff. I thank them for their personal touch. ?”

While I wasn't able to get a new tire (bent rim and an internally destroyed tire affecting both back tires, plus late in the day), they were able to get my car back to being drivable. “I called a guy on the way there to let him know that there was a nail in my tire. He talked to me on the phone and gave me reassurance when I got there. He greeted me in the parking lot and had me pull my car up so that they could look at it come to find out the nail was not actually in my tire, but in the grooves of my tire, the guy was still courteous anyways and even check the air pressure on all of my tires and on my way with the smile!”

“Shoutout to David and Larry! David for having such wonderful Customer Service. He was so polite and helpful over the phone and in person. We had a screw in our tire and David explained based on placement if we were looking at needing a repair or a new tire. Luckily it was just about a 15 minute repair done by Larry. I’m not gonna lie, I was watching through the window and Larry did a wonderful job at such a fast pace. Would highly recommend!”

“The best auto service in Elizabethtown bar none! They offer expert service from routine auto maintenance, tire replacement, small repairs to major ones too. The best thing about this place is their honesty. For most people who don't know much about mechanics, me included, you won't have to worry about getting up sold unnecessary repairs or simply getting cheated. I've been coming here since we moved to Elizabethtown some 12 years ago and have appreciated the wonderful service Nelson, Fred and their team have provided to me and my family. They are always looking for ways to pass on the savings to their customers. All of our cars require full synthetic motor oil and that can be expensive. At the dealer or one of those quick lube places it runs about $80-$110 dollars for an oil change. It started out like that at discount tire then about 5 or 6 years I got a bill for about $45. I asked Nelson if they had used full synthetic since the cost was significantly lower, and he assured me that they did use full synthetic and the price was lower because they were buying it in bulk and it was much cheaper. Instead of profiting from the increased margin, they passed it onto their customers. On another occasion I needed a replacement part and if I got it from the manufacturer it would cost about $800 just for the part. Nelson said he could find a used part in good condition that was gonna cost me a fraction of that $800 (about $150) and that's what he did. No problems for a couple years to when I traded that car in. These are just two of the many examples of why they are the best and most honest auto service. I'll end my review with this anecdote. My daughter was home on a school break and I noticed her tires were worn and needed to be replaced. I did notice that all four had not worn evenly though I routinely rotated the tires. It may have been that I'd replaced 2 a couple years back but didn't remember. Regardless, I sent my daughter to get all 4 replaced so they would all match. An hour later my daughter called to say that Nelson recommended only two tires be replaced. I disregarded it and told her to get all 4 changed. She called me back and said, they refuse to replace all four tires, the two are barely worn and will last for another 40k miles. Haha. Two years later, no problems and yeah they look to have about the same wear, I can't tell the new from the old.”

“The A/C in my Jeep Wrangler needed some service. Scott was referred by a friend, so I called them. Business is backed up and I had to make a reservation. (Usually a good sign!) “I cannot say enough good things about this business, my pregnant granddaughter had a flat and they came out and got her flat tire, took it and replaced it and brought it back to her and I paid by phone. Josh was amazing and understood what we were going thru with me being so far away from her. We returned to them at a later date and bought more tires. “On a road trip and got a flat tire that required a new tire. We were able to make a same day appointment here. They ran in to an issue with the tire they were going to be putting on my car. They right away communicated with us and solved the problem. The tire replacement took slightly longer than anticipated but they were able to get us back on the road safely. This place definitely cares about their customers and making sure they do the right thing. Definitely a place that deserves 5 stars”
