Terrifying, This pharmacy is out of a medication that can kill people if they come off of it.\\nDoesn't bother to call me. Doesn't bother or offer to call other pharmacy, Tell me it could be up to 3 months or more... As a mother of 5 children, this crashes my world.. To have a pharmacist tell me oh well. The biggest pharmacy in the world can't even hold it supply. I bet if my insurance was different they'd get my medication for me. This is pathetic disgusting and terrifying. I bet they wouldnt do this to diabetics. Not to mention.\\nThe amount of flashbacks in p t s d i'm about to deal with. I'm going to switch , never look back. Just as long as bing without my medication doesn't kill me first. This company will never hear the end of it if my family has to put me in the hospital.

Deal with a local pharmacy and cut out the big name stores like this one Requested in my refill LAST MONDAY and they wait until today to attempt to fill it, and magically they're out stock. Incompetence.

As a provider myself, I can understand running behind. However, to have scheduled appts without walk-ins AND run 21 minutes behind with no update for a FLU shot-Is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional and does not look out for the perspective of the patient. Please do better.

With our insurance we have to use a different pharmacy. We probably haven't been in a Walgreens in a few years. While out looking for our newest candy craze ( bueno minis) we decided to stop in and check them out. The store was clean and well lit. They had our candy. It was a little more than at other stores but we had to have it. Cashier was friendly. Got our two bags and got out just as quick.

The old lady at the register seemed to think we were thieves. I told her to hold the film for me while I went to get the money. I came back in 2 minutes. She had taken the film away and waited on a new customer in photos. I guess she thought we would steal it if she left it there. We waited awhile for her and then left to go to CVS instead. A very unprofessional employee.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. Today: Dropped off a written prescription. Told it would be ready after 2:30. Go to pick it up only receive 1/2 of the prescription. Was told 1/2 of the order came over after the first. I said no all of it was on a written prescription. Clerk says oh give you 25 more minutes.

If you look at a product online and it says in red letters "Buy 1 get 1 50% off" wouldn't you think that would be good in the store? Well, it's not, and the product I'm looking at isn't available to order online, so what the heck is it marked that way for? If you're going to put Bogo on something, like it's on sale, don't then say but not in YOUR store!

Seems like more issues keep coming up with this particular location. Now I'm told today they will not take my prescription because all the Walgreens computers are down. I've waited 6 months for my medication appointment and needed this today and this is yet another pothole in their system. My information getting deleted. Not billing proper insurances in the correct order and now this. I don't live right around the corner. There must be a better way to have a backup plan for this kind of situation. Being sick is bad enough, it's worse when your pharmacy can't do its' job.

It does not take 2 hours to count out 2 tiny bottles of pills. One bottle is only 14 count! I thought I'd drop my daughter's script off here since it was closer to Walmart. I could do my shopping at Walmart and then get my daughter's script in an hour like they said. Instead, it was another hour before they got them ready. On a day that I have to be back at work at midnight and it's already 5 in the afternoon... This is why we quit using Walgreens. I'll continue driving down to Etown Pharmacy even if it's not the closest. Etown Pharmacy has never gave us any trouble the entire time we've been using them and could even get my husband's diabetic supplies covered under his insurance when Walgreens wasn't even trying!

Went there to get cold medicine and cigarettes but because my ID was expired they refused to sell them. This place is the only one I've heard doing this. Used to go there every time I got sick but y'all won't be seeing me there or getting my business. I'm 34 years old it clearly says on my ID 1982.. your policies are crap!
