As a provider myself, I can understand running behind. However, to have scheduled appts without walk-ins AND run 21 minutes behind with no update for a FLU shot-Is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional and does not look out for the perspective of the patient. Please do better.

There is literally a sexual predator working behind the counter in the pharmacy named James. he sends female coworkers unsolicited pictures and offers them cash to drink his blood and for sexual favors. he also stalks them outside of work. management took statements then literally made her work with him a few days later. they don't care. place is sexist and promoting sexual harassment by not taking disciplinary actions.

Earlier today, I had an appointment with my doctor due to my current medication for fibromyalgia no longer working to combat the constant pain I experience. He changed my medication and sent the new prescription directly to the pharmacy. Somehow, it was sent to the wrong location which I realized when I received a notification that my prescription was available for pick up. I called this location to correct the mistake at 5:21 pm. I spent one hour and fifty minutes on hold. Towards the end of that period I noticed I was no longer receiving recorded updates despite still hearing the hold music. Therefore, I called from another phone. My new call was answered in approximately 15 minutes. I explained the situation and was told it would not be a problem to have my medicine filled this evening. (The call was two hours before the pharmacy closed.) The gentleman even reminded my this location closed at 9:00 pm so I would not miss the opportunity to start it right away as instructed by my doctor. I arrived at the pharmacy at 8:00 pm and was refused service by the pharmacists. She informed me, despite the fact that I had been told one hour earlier that my medicine would be ready in 40 minutes, she did not have time to fill it this evening and I would have to wait until tomorrow. Therefore, due to her refusal, I must wait a full 24 hours to finally be able to follow my doctor’s orders.

Big shout-out to this Walgreens. I called with an urgent request to get a very specific type of baby formula for a mom in need. The wonderful associate who answered my call put me on hold to see if they had it in the store. She discovered they only had one can left, and she held that can at the counter until I could purchase it online for the mom. I did not get the worker's name but I am so very thankful that she went above and beyond to help. Because of her one little baby will finally get her formula today!

With our insurance we have to use a different pharmacy. We probably haven't been in a Walgreens in a few years. While out looking for our newest candy craze ( bueno minis) we decided to stop in and check them out. The store was clean and well lit. They had our candy. It was a little more than at other stores but we had to have it. Cashier was friendly. Got our two bags and got out just as quick.

Hospital emergency room called in prescription. We went to get burgers, had a long wait in drive-thru, got our food then went to local spot to eat. Stopped at Speedway to fill gas tank. then we finally went to Walgreens to get prescription. After they processed insurance card, they said come back in 15 minutes. I really thought that that was too long to fill the order.

The old lady at the register seemed to think we were thieves. I told her to hold the film for me while I went to get the money. I came back in 2 minutes. She had taken the film away and waited on a new customer in photos. I guess she thought we would steal it if she left it there. We waited awhile for her and then left to go to CVS instead. A very unprofessional employee.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. Today: Dropped off a written prescription. Told it would be ready after 2:30. Go to pick it up only receive 1/2 of the prescription. Was told 1/2 of the order came over after the first. I said no all of it was on a written prescription. Clerk says oh give you 25 more minutes.

If you look at a product online and it says in red letters "Buy 1 get 1 50% off" wouldn't you think that would be good in the store? Well, it's not, and the product I'm looking at isn't available to order online, so what the heck is it marked that way for? If you're going to put Bogo on something, like it's on sale, don't then say but not in YOUR store!

They always have my photos when I order them online. Very simple and easy pick up process.
