Having trouble with money not going where it is supposed to go. So I call customer service , which included, being spoken to like a child, the represebtative raising her voice and having an attitude with me, cutting me off. Ive never been treated like that. The customer service representative was so rude that I'm very much considering taking my business elsewhere. Do better

Usually deal with the other Etown location but stopped in to deposit a check this morning. I work 2nd shift and take lunch the same time they close. I wasn’t told their ‘funds availability’ policy changed TODAY when depositing my check, and was left with no $ for lunch, gas, or necessities as I was uninformed and unable to access my money on break. I had to contact a branch in Indiana to get any information as there was no emails sent out, nothing advised during the transaction. Nothing. HIGHLY dissatisfied and will be searching for a new bank that communicates better with their customers. We should be able to access our funds when we deposit them at a location, otherwise I’d do mobile deposit if I wanted to wait.

They were very helpful allowing us to conduct business through the drive through which pre-pandemic would have been done inside.
