Purchased new battery for our car and the store associate installed it. Removing old battery due to corrosion around the positive cable was extremely difficult. She maintained a great attitude and was determined to complete the job. Will definitely purchase from Elsmere store in the future.

I normally have a great experience at this store. And i have beencoming here for years.Today was different. I picked up my item to buy. There was a man on thephone with a customer and a lady stocking shelves. She told me to placemy item on the counter and she would be with me in a minute. I watched her continue to stock shelves then retreat to the back room. If she was not a cashier it would not have been a problem. But it is a great wayto lose customers. I went to another auto parts store to get my item.
