We've had a great experience w/ the Building Blocks team! They have been so patient & helpful w/ our kinship kiddo we have enrolled. They are flexible & great w/ communication on progress, activities & snow days! Their hours makes it really convenient for working parents.

My son has been attending this daycare since he was a little over 6 weeks old and we love them. He has learned so much from them. He is 3 now and he loves going there. Lori and Terri are great with the kids and are understanding. They treat him like one of their own. I have never experienced anything like what these other reviews are saying. My family has been using them for years and never had an issue. I encourage everyone to come see for yourself how amazing they are.

This small family owned daycare is one of the best daycares my kids have attended. My kids love the owners and the owners treat us like family. I have seen positive changes in my children since transferring to this daycare from kinder care. The staff is understanding and amazing with my kids and all the kids there. They go above and beyond for all the families and children there. I highly recommend. Terri and Lori have cared for 2 generations of kids in my family and I look forward to continuing to support them and recommending them to everyone I know!

This is my daughter’s first daycare. The ladies at the daycare have always looked out for her and other other children like their own. They always have something positive to say and they are very helpful. Ms terry and Tonya always know how to comfort my daughter when I have to leave her before work. I am pregnant with twins and I feel very confident that this will be their first daycare as well. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent in the Erlanger/ Elsmere area

Building Block day care is awesome. They have helped my two-year-old grandson learn so much in this past year of him going there. Terry and Sam are great with the children. My grandson loves being there and loves his teacher Sam. I recommend this daycare to everyone.

My son has been going their for a year and has learned so much from being at this daycare. Samantha and Terry are wonderful with him. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else. I would recommend this to any parent. Or any of my family friends!!

My kids have gone to this day care for 6 years now. I’ve never had one incident with them that I felt couldn’t have been worked through or was unacceptable. I have 5 children that attend here with the oldest being almost 11 and my youngest 3 months. These people have helped me raise my children. My kids never cry when I drop them off or seem like they weren’t taken care of when I pick them up. My older children who can talk tell me everything about how their day was and I’ve never had them tell me they were abused or ignored. My kids ask to come to day care to play with their friends! They have treated my children and myself like family. Every once in a while they might have a wild child that is enrolled who hits or bites but they do all they can to try to correct it with their parents and the child. There are 3 people working there now (one being the owner) who are the sweetest people and genuinely care about the kids. In todays world you never know what kind of place you’re taking your child to and that can be scary. I know when I drop my kids off here that they’re safe and taken care of. I have peace of mind at work. If something happens they let me know about it. Yes that are short staffed right now but tell me one company that isn’t? I can’t believe all the negative reviews I see on here. I just wanted to let it be known that this is an excellent day care center and your children will be taken care of here.

You have one of the most amazing teacher working with your child she is one of the most caring an loving person i know an absolutely loves kids there's nothing she wouldn't do for a child. Just know your kids are well taking care of in her hands!!She loves to do activities art work decorations, paint ,coloring to ABC numbers etc... She's GREAT!!!❤

If I could give this daycare 1 star I would. My child came home with marks all over her with no explanation or Incident sheet as to why. I also personally witnessed Dan one of the owners boyfriends put soap in a toddlers mouth on multiple occasions. I also witnessed a mother beating her child within the daycare and the teachers/owners saw the whole incident but never reported. Do NOT send your child here.

My niece works there she is one of the most loving person for kids she absolutely (LOVES KIDS) she loves entertaining the kids she loves to playing with the kids she absolutely loves doing art work with the kids coloring, painting, etc so if your child or children go here you are so lucky to have her as a teacher!!!❤ If i had small children they would be going here!!!

We were called Tuesday April 19th 2022Saying my son has a bruise on his face from a three year old girl hitting him with a broom stick!!!! When his dad picked him up the bruise on his face streached from the top of his forehead to the bottom of his chin!!! When I asked to see the camera footage the next day supposedly it deleted after 24 hrs now they are saying he was hit by a boy the story keeps changing and my son is saying the teacher grabbed his face while her son smacked him DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION GOING ON AS WE SPEAK!!!!

Love this place for the person that said something about kids trying to get out of the window that never happen cause that was my kid at Early Learning Center at Erlanger-Elsmere Schools when he was 2 years old never at building blocks

This is not even a one star this place let me child get hurt multiple times in a week..also kids try to climb out the window he will never go back and police will be starting an investigation

Terrible just absolutely terrible!!!!! I would not recommend this place at ALL! My child is not even 2 yet and he has came home with several knots on his forehead. They claim he fell off a slide but my whole issue is why is my 2 year old on a slide unattended! There has never been an incident report made ever when my baby came home hurt! The owners are just money hungry a**holes. They seem to just hire anyone to work with these babies. Very very very unprofessional place. If I could I'd give 0 stars!
