Great experience. So glad I stopped into Cinti Gaslight. Beautiful job adding a gas fireplace into our 1920’s home. So much easier working with 1 company from selection thru installation. Will definitely use them again.

Small, friendly business gets a lot done with a small staff.I couldn't be any happier with the service call on my fireplace. It's so nice not to be disappointed and to actually have someone exceed your expectations. My only regret is that I didn't have them out a few years ago. Technician was knowledgeable and expeditious and fixed multiple things. Now, after 10 years, I'm finally happy with the performance of our Heat and Glow gas fireplace.

We are in the process of renovating a home, and discovered that the post light in the front yard was an old gas light. I was not at all familiar with this type of a fixture, but rather than remove it I reached out to Cincinnati Gas Light for their help. In short, the experience was great. They were willing to walk me through some DIY things that saved some expense, and in the end went out of their way to make sure that the project was successful. The whole thing was much less that I expected, and it looks beautiful. I have always thought that gas lights were pretty cool, and it turns out that they are also very affordable.

I had an old gas light fixture in my front yard that I wanted removed. I called and a nice gentleman assisted me (even gave me other potential options could be cheaper). He indicated they were quite busy but would follow-up with me regarding an appointment in which they did. Steve came out on designated day for removal. Seeing as though the gas was already capped off (unknowingly to me), he was kind enough to detach and remove the fixture for me @ no charge! From the gentleman I spoke with to Steve's visit, everyone was very helpful and kind.

Not good! Walked in, the person was on the phone. He did acknowledge us, but 10 minutes later still on the phone, so we left with no response. Being a biracial couple, we felt a certain kind of way. We won't return.

Excellent customer service and work. They have come out twice for service. First was to maintenance my electric fireplace before we started using it and second was do to a faulty switch and warped fan. Gentleman was knowledgeable and polite. Will definitely return to them.

I had called and setup an appointment. They said someone would call me back. They said they had a backlog of 3 weeks. I waited, I finally got a call back with time and date left in voicemail. I called them back and talked to the lady that had just called and said the time was ok. I took off work for that day and waited all day and no one showed. I called them and they said I never called back. I have the call log to prove I called them.
