The gentleman asked me if my problem could possibly be the battery. We discussed the battery age and he decided to jump it first before towing it. When he put his jumper box on my battery he determined that it was just the battery and not really in need of a tow to a garage. He also recommended Ky Auto for a reasonable battery. He was helpful and polite. He did wind up saving me lots of money. Thank you!

My car all of a sudden started misfiring and jerking. I had them tow my car in to see what the issue was. I needed spark plugs and coils. They took care of it quickly. Bobbie went above and beyond to get my warranty company to cover as much as possible. I had used them previously to put a new engine in my car which luckily was covered by my warranty. This is where I will be bringing my car for all maintenance and any work that needs to be done. Thanks guys!

I had two tires blown at 1:30 AM on a Saturday, they got there within 30 minutes, the guy was super nice (I wish I got his name but he had red hair and said he was fairly new) and was a great help during a really stressful time!

I accidentally put gas in my diesel pick up truck and we are travelling pulling a travel trailer. our truck was dropped off there Friday night. They’re not open on Saturday and Sunday so they looked at it starting on Monday afternoon and we were back on the road Tuesday great service Was very pleased with their service

The owner operators were very accommodating... getting transmission work done is no joke and they quoted a price that was more manageable than the dealers and other mechanics shops ...the taxes are nuts everywhere but despite that ...they were more affordable than anyone else I encountered and for that I thank them.

Contracted with GEICO for emergency lockout. Original time was 90 mins. Time went by, I had to call them. The clueless dispatcher didn't know you should update someone when you go past the time. So she updated the time for 30 mins. That time goes by so I call back 3 times with no answer. Their driver calls me and says 20 more mins after it's been 2 1/2 hours. 40 mins later I call him back and he said that dispatch pulled the call from him. So nobody decided to tell me after 3 hours? This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and hopefully unhired for future events. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
