“We found a screw in one of our Jeep Gladiator tires. We had a long drive home to Alabama the next day and didn't want to worry about the tire. Called Xpress Pro Tire & Auto University first thing in the morning. They said to bring it in at 11. They did warn me that it might take an hour or two before they got to the Jeep. I was able to do my computer work in their lobby so I told them time was not an issue. The Jeep went in ~40 minutes later and the tire was fixed within 30 mins+/-. The staff are friendly and the service is great. I would use them again should the need arise when we are visiting family in Cincinnati.”

The drum on the car was frozen on wheel due to rust. They persisted and persisted to unfreeze the rust and demonstrated a desire to get the job done!
They were also very fair in trying to save me money on any repair on this car. I am at the point where I do not want to spend too much money on a car this old and took this into consideration!

I have not had work done by this company yet but I called them and explained my situation with my F150 2003 with 130,000 miles as I’ve lost forward gears. They could not give me a quote on a replacement transmission due to the fact that I called late on Saturday but they did say that they would call me back on Monday to give me a quote very pleasant very prompt and they don’t rebuild transmissions but he did give me the name of another company that does do rebuilds which I felt was very nice”

“University Auto is the best shop in town for auto service. I have 3 older cars that need maintenance regularly and the mechanics always figure out real problems . Other auto shops are trained to remove and replace parts and are not well trained for troubleshooting mechanical problems. University Auto has guys that can troubleshoot and fix problems from the source. These are nice people who will get it right without guessing. I recommend University Auto service.”

“Smith's has a stellar reputation for a reason. These gentlemen go out of their way to do a good job at the best price. VERY happy with these guys! They replaced two engine mounts on my Mini Cooper S Convertible using OEM parts for the same price ($1300) as another garage wanted for one mount using aftermarket parts. What's worse, the Mini Cooper dealer wanted $1850 to replace one mount.
Sometimes when a mechanic gets into a job they will find additional things that needs to be addressed. THAT IS NORMAL AND SOMETIMES HAPPENS! Can't say enough good things!”
