“The staff at Beechgrove is family-oriented, very friendly, VERY helpful. 17 years ago when I moved to this area, it was this same Beechgrove location where I dropped off my UHaul truck, and here I am, 17 years later, renting from the same location to return back to my home state. But this location, these employees, are wonderful, and they make it happen and get the job done!!!! Hiiiiiighly recommend them!”

“The U-Haul on Taylor Mill Road in Independence, KY was such a blessing during a difficult time for me. While I was dealing with health issues, the staff and management were incredibly polite, patient, and understanding. They worked with my daughter to extend our rental and made sure we had the extra time we needed without adding more stress. Their kindness and compassion truly stood out, and I am so grateful for the way they treated us. This location goes above and beyond for their customers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. “Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”

“I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”
