THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've had in my entire life. My mom even warned me about this place from her previous experience and told me they were shady. So I rented a truck and on god, I drove 24 miles total to load a mattress, brought it back early and was charged the next day a late fee (which they said they would refund because they made a mistake) the never refunded me, and also, I didn't inspect the truck but they said I damaged the bumper (which on god, looked like someone barely backed into a corner wall or something) but on GOD I didn't hit s***. She admitted 2 woman rented the truck before me and had it for 2 days and they when returning it said "brought it back in one piece, we didn't damage anything" *cough* red flag. Thanks for not doing your job the first time and pinning me to pay for someone else's mistake. What should have been 40$ ended up costing me $200. The lady was extremely rude to and I hope karma comes back and gets her because I'm a struggling single father that's doing everything he can to scrape by and somewhere down the line, I paid for someone else's mistake. Idc what excuses she says. I know what I did and didn't do.
