Wow just wow. After damn near 2 years of "FoLlOw the ScIeNce" mask mandates and dropped mandates. And CDC guidelines saying to wear a mask then saying it's OK not to if you're vaccinated. This US Bank branch mandated masks following the actual state government mask mandate. Then after the state mandate ended they re opened their lobby and did not require masks for vaccinated customers. NOW they are Mandating masks again inside regardless of Vaccination despite there being no government mandates for it. I'm truely sick of it. Definitely considering closing all my accounts with this USbank branch and taking my business elsewhere.

I’m not sure why but it no longer gives me the option to deposit cash into my account. I work well past 5 pm every day and really need this option to work at the atm.

I think the workers are nice but almost every time I try to get money out of the ATM it will not give me the option. My other half went in there to get him a new card two of the temporary card that he was told was activated we're not. He also was told he'd get a call when his official card came in and never did. That card does not work either.

This branch is amazing. Nick has been so patient! I had a business account through another bank and decided to switch to US Bank because of Nick and his willingness to help in a timely fashion. I am a very busy person and I can call Nick anytime and he will get back with me the same day or following with all info I needed. I can't thank you enough Nick for all of your help. I am in the process of transferring all my accounts with US Bank because of the great customer service I have received.

Dirty location. Employees stand out the back door and blow cigarette smoke in your face while at window or ATM drive through all day. Unprofessional and anything but courteous.

this bank should be ashamed of taking advantage of a young girl. My daughter deposited $300.00 cash in the ATM on a Thursday, the ATM took her money and said the transaction could no be process. She got a receipt showing the deposit, and a screen shot showing the pending transaction. She called this branch the next day and was told to check on Tuesday as these things normally "work themselves out" She checked her account on Tuesday and the transaction has completely disappeared. She calls customer service, and of course spoke with a foreign person, and SHE would have to wait ten business day to have access to her money, and it was CASH. I tell her to go to the branch where the deposit was made and request a provisional credit, until US bank can figure out what happened to the CASH deposit. She goes to the branch, and speaks with someone, and they again tell her she will have to wait 10 days to have access to her CASH, her hard earned money, that someone at US Bank lost. She got many excuses, the ATM is only checked on Thursdays, the ATM is run by a different company. I am on my way their but don't get off until 4:30, and they close at 5. I tell her to take her phone back in there and give it to whoever she talked to. I tell him that it is unacceptable that she should have to wait for 10 business days to have access to her money, I said this bank is holding her money hostage, and they need to make it right. he said that she could call and have them rush it, I said she should not have to do anything, she is the customer, what happened to 5 Star customer service?? Again with the excuses. and he no longer wants to talk to me.....meanwhile my daughter is in tears as she has things she needs to pay, and is taking a trip this weekend, which is why she deposited the money, she should not have to wait for anything. She is walking out the door in tears, because she is emotional, and it is her hard earned money.... she says she will just close her account, because she even feels that they are taking advantage of her because of her young age. The manager calls her back in and tells her that they will take money from the bank and put in her account, and once it "works itself out" they will get it back. This should have been the first thing they did. It should not have taken four calls, my daughter in tears and her threatening to close her account to make this right. $300.00 might not be a lot to US bank, but to a 19 year old, who works very hard for her money, it is a lot. The only reason they are getting two stars is because they finally made it right, She is 19, and wanted to build a relationship with US bank as this was her first ever bank account, but she does not trust them now. She will be closing her account once this works itself out, and will come with me to PNC Bank, where they will not take advantage of her young age.
