We’ve been a frequent customer of CVS in Eminence for years, until today. My 5 year year old son was tackled to the ground by the store manager as we were slowing walking into the main isle. The manager was sprinting to the front of the store to help a customer when he collided into my son, who was slowly walking in front of me. My son was crying and in distress, and has a purple knot on his head from the collision. The store manager showed very little compassion to my son and rushed away to the front of the store while I was trying to assess any serious injuries. While I do give him points for extreme responsiveness to whoever he was rushing to help, we will not longer be patrons of this store, simply because it is a safety hazard for children and I did not sense any genuine compassion from the store manager in this incident.

Unacceptable to have to leave a voicemail in a pharmacy as small as this one and wait an hour (and sometimes much longer) just to ask a simple question. CVS is a joke.

On CVS website, it states pharmacy hours during week is 8am, but I didn’t realize that pharmacy drive thru hours during week is 8:30 due to lack of staff and there is No Signage Anywhere indicating this, especially on the drive thur window. I assumed they were closed.
Went inside store to realize that pharmacy was open but I have to admit that when I asked about drive thur window being closed, I could detect hostility from the person waiting on me.

CVS employees at the eminence ky location are great. This pharmacy is great In many ways mostly the employees they have. Helpful,professional and polite employees as you could every ask for in a big chain pharmacy keep up the great work Thanks a bunch Jamie shields

I received two vaccines today and the Pharmacist was very helpful, kind , and caring .Barely felt anything, the Pharmacist was both Excellent and Outstanding.
I was acknowledged upon arrival and the Pharmacist had me in and out in a moment.
I am grateful for the exceptional level of care from the Pharmacist and staff !

When you get a 30 day Rx expect to wait 31 days to receive it. I strongly believe they profile and pick and choose who and what to fill in their little circle. Will be switching pharmacies after I pick up the meds I had called in to this lame pharmacy!!

Poor Customer Service at the Pharmacy counter. Left standing at the counter while technicians were busy elsewhere instead of assisting a customer. Please do not leave customers waiting.

I'd like to start of by saying that I've experienced CVS from all side and believe CVS to be a great company. That being said I left a horrible review about Shelbyville but this Store has some excellent employees and management. I'm not going to go into great detail but short story is Shelbyville messed up a month ago . I switched to this store and when I picked up my prescription yesterday I noticed something wasn't right . Immediately I knew something was wrong because cost me money last time and this time insurance covered it. Well went back to Shelbyville to have it fix under direction of this pharmacy. Shelbyville didn't know how to fix the problem but I can't express how much I appreciate the help from Eminence's pharmacy staff for their help and management for not making a huge deal about the refund and taking care of it at her store . Thank you . I will be using this store for everything from now on .

The automated answering has got to be the worst in the world. It took 3 time to get through to the pharmacy. Around 10 mins just to talk with the pharmacist..!!!!!!
