Poor Customer Service at the Pharmacy counter. Left standing at the counter while technicians were busy elsewhere instead of assisting a customer. Please do not leave customers waiting.

I'd like to start of by saying that I've experienced CVS from all side and believe CVS to be a great company. That being said I left a horrible review about Shelbyville but this Store has some excellent employees and management. I'm not going to go into great detail but short story is Shelbyville messed up a month ago . I switched to this store and when I picked up my prescription yesterday I noticed something wasn't right . Immediately I knew something was wrong because cost me money last time and this time insurance covered it. Well went back to Shelbyville to have it fix under direction of this pharmacy. Shelbyville didn't know how to fix the problem but I can't express how much I appreciate the help from Eminence's pharmacy staff for their help and management for not making a huge deal about the refund and taking care of it at her store . Thank you . I will be using this store for everything from now on .

The automated answering has got to be the worst in the world. It took 3 time to get through to the pharmacy. Around 10 mins just to talk with the pharmacist..!!!!!!

In the parking lot at 8:20 am Nov.4, 2019 doors locked. Suppose to open at 8 am. That's a problem.

Wow. I miss my old CVS which was always prepared. I have a chronic illness that requires a lot of medication. My doctor sends them early to ensure they have in stock. They didn't have it in stock, making me wait 4 days without meds last month. Then surprise, this month it's delayed because they were late...which messed up me leaving for vacation which was planned months ago for after my meds were supposed to filled. They just sarcastically said to call the doctor and have her call it in to pharmacy where I'm vacationing...like we can find some random pharmacy on the way.

Mostly used this place to pick up my medication! The cashiers are always very friendly, polite, & helpful! Prices are kinda high if you do not have a CVS card!
