My husband and I came in with our 4 kiddos to get their passports. The 2 ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend coming to this location for your postal and/or passport needs.

Nobody’s taught how to do any of this anymore, and their hours are the exact time anyone would be at work busy (7:30-4). How can we do anything with this. Sending mail shouldn’t be made a difficult task.

I didn’t catch her name but the lady I interacted with both on the phone and in person for the passport process was one of the nicest people I have ever met! She made me feel very comfortable during this entire process and was very fast and efficient. I’m not a local to eminence but her welcoming demeanor made me feel as if the entire community would be the same way!

Eminence post office is FANTASTIC to deal with in every way. Take notes LaGrange. LaGrange post office is as awful as Eminence is great.

Well my first experience here I didn't like for sure! Was shipping a package internationally to family! The paperwork for me was extremely hard to fill out because I suffer from a few conditions that make it difficult for anyone! I ask them very politely if they could fill it in for me & I would sign anything needed! They was really kind of rude about the situation to tell the truth! I hope the paperwork was right for the package & gets to the family overseas because I didn't get any real help, if I ask they acted like I was bothering them! I felt embarrassed & defeated when I left here! Wouldn't took them very long too help me - a little extra kindness goes a long way - maybe this post office should keep that in mind!!!??

The post office is great but the rural carrier for my road is a joke. I had a package come in and it should if been brought to my door instead she crammed it into my box. It took me 30 minutes to get it out and then I had to open my package and take out my items before I could remove the box from my mailbox. This was NEVER done with my previous man mail, Mr Roberts. Totally unacceptable!

I am equidistant from two post offices and I choose Eminence. They open early; are always friendly and efficient, and have never lost my mail.

If I could give this place a -1 I would. The people are so mean and hateful and harass you. When you sell for EBay and they come to your house to tell you not to use their services anymore! The man screamed at me on my porch! WHY DONT YOU GET PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO DO THEIR JOB TO WORK THEIR!!!! Absolutely lazy!

We have a business that ships domestic and internationally and the staff at Eminence is GREAT. We have 3 other post offices closer to us and we choose to go further to Eminence because of our positive experiences. The staff is friendly and detail focused. We give them 5 stars every day.

I was helped greatly through the process of applying for a passport yesterday. It was my first time, and I actually called 3 separate times. I expected the person on the other end to get upset. But he was polite and helpful each time. So maybe it isn't them...
