James Vanderwerf at the Dixie Hwy location is very attentive with all his customers. While I have not had the chance to stop in yet, he makes a point to reach out sporadically to see if I need anything. Banks need more people like James, his efforts do not go by unnoticed. I hope one day he gets to run the business himself, because he definitely has what it takes, which is his humanity and humility.
