The very tall young person working here is very attentive and competent. I don’t know what has happened but the red headed older manager woman is SO nasty! She used to be nice; she really gives out negative energy and just makes it apparent she doesn’t want to help and is annoyed at people! I understand people have bad days but this woman has had a bad day for months!!

The last year, I always looked forward to stopping at night on my way home and up until a little over a week ago there was a friendly worker here that cared about the store, always kept clean, the best soft chewy cookies, bakery items perfected, everything stocked very well.....Now the worker could care less, the 3 I've come across are rude like they don't want to be there, the muffins look horrible almost burnt looking, the cookies are hard, not much kept up on shelves at night anymore either.
It's hard these days to find a good place like what used to exist here.

The female employee working was very rude and didn’t know how to bypass the pin on the pin pad. They are all different at different places and the employee should know how the one in their store works. On top of that the soda machine was filthy. Will never go there again.

Do NOT bother to drive there to save the inner circle 40cents off a gallon offered here once a month or so for inner circle members! The same thing happened today that happened last month.... No discount applied when the gas was pumped even though I made sure my inner circle card was scanned and that the deal didn't have any other requirements to be accepted. Once again, I showed the receipts and simple math required to see that NO discount other than the usual .03cents off per gallon had been applied. See photos and let me know if you as well can see I am still owed $3.492 in gas because the discount of 40cents off a gallon was not applied!
I will refrain from commenting on the courtesy of the store employees about this matter since I understand how frustrating a complaining customer can be... and apparently they have experienced a lot of complaints today!
C'mon Circle K you can do better than this!
UPDATE:
After I finished this review, I learned that Circle K runs this promo from 7am-3pm and STOPS IT FROM 3PM-4PM, then restarts it at 4pm. I like many others, including the store employees was not aware of this! I believe this should have been posted to avoid all the issues created and many customers leaving unhappy. 🙁

Great customer service! Manager Maria is so nice -she always goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. If there were more managers like this life would be so much easier! Shannon is a good help - always entertaining, smiling, making me laugh and creates nice atmosphere in general! Coffee is delicious!

Me and my friend were just trying to shop and they told us we can't have our bags and we ate their hot dogs and they gave my friend food poisoning and she threw up also the workers are very rude pls don't go here unless you want food poisoning 🤦🏻♀️

While I’ve had great experiences with all of the staff, KT for me is the reason I visit as frequently as I do more than any other station. She’s always been so warming to me and my kid’s.

The manager is the one big problem. I've been a customer for 3 years and spend almost $40.00 every day. Up until today. I just left a minute ago with $64.00 worth of stuff on the counter. I would be interested in speaking with a district manager.After a couple of months waiting for a district manager to reply to my post, I now know they never will. It hilarious that they only reply to the 5 star reviews. Lol!!! Those are not the ones you need to worry about.

I understand it's hard to get workers right now. But people that work here even though it's just a gas station, still need to understand that this is a customer service job!!! I'll NEVER be back unless I drive by & see a sign that says Under New Management!!!!

The WORST gas station in nky not one of the coffee machines work and they are so lazy to change the syrups, or even put a sign up that they are empty !!! Really ridiculous

The cashier working on 1/20/24 at about 9PM was so rude! She kept making snide comments and my friend and I for simply laughing and having a good time in the store. Couldn’t imagine being so miserable.
