I was incredibly nervous to join a new gym where I knew very few people and involved workouts I was not comfortable with. Especially after years of not making myself and my health a priority. Shortly after joining The Tracks Fitness Lab, I felt extremely comfortable. I formed relationships with coaches and other members alike. After reaching that comfort level, I joined The Tracks 12 week challenge in the spring of 2023 and when I started I gave myself very modest goals. Those goals were achieved much easier than I expected and I had to reevaluate halfway through. I was not in great shape and did not have a healthy mindset on diet or myself. what I learned was not replaceable. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount about nutrition and diet, but I learned new ways to view myself and healthy ways to make progress regardless of how small. The results were great. I got in much better shape, pushed myself harder than I had in over 15 years, and became a part of a supportive group that wanted me to succeed as much, if not more than I wanted to succeed. I learned lessons that I will keep with me throughout my fitness journey and for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend The Tracks Fitness Lab for someone who wants to make a lifestyle change!

I joined The Tracks 12 week challenge in the spring of 2023 and when I started I was in a serious plateau. With help from my coaches and encouragement from friends, I was able to hit some PRs, finally lose some weight and increase my muscle mass. This challenge provided me with tools to continue to be successful in my fitness journey.

I joined The Tracks 12 week challenge in the spring of 2023 and the support is like no other! I’ve learned motivation will not always be with you you need to be disciplined. My goal was to complete the challenge and build healthy habits to carry me forward. My results show I’m not done yet!

I joined The Tracks 12 week challenge in the spring of 2023 with the goal of losing 20 lbs. The success of completing this challenge and seeing results is in how much the coaches put into helping us, pushing us, and keeping us accountable. They figured out my macros that I needed in order to lose the weight, and gave pointers and tips along the way. These things I was able to easily implement and it’s become such a part of my every day that I’m continuing to eat the way they told me and follow the macro program with no issues whatsoever. It has become just a normal way of life to me. The end result was I didn’t meet the 20 lb goal but since I’m continuing to follow the nutrition plan, I expect to keep seeing my numbers go down. What I did see from the challenge was losing 14 lbs, dropping 4% body fat and maintaining my muscle fat. More than seeing the numbers on the scale drop, I noticed a few weeks in that I looked a little different in the mirror. And then clothes that didn’t fit me last year now fit me. I had multiple people tell me that I looked thinner/had lost weight. Seeing those results and hearing those comments honestly made me happier than if I had just lost 20 lbs. because who knows if any of that might just be water weight, bloating etc. Working on the fat loss over the weight loss was the right way to do it, which took dedication, not giving up, sticking with it. All of that was doable bc of this community called The Tracks. The coaches and members are amazing. If you are looking to make a change, see results and get help with how to do that the right way, come check out The Tracks!

I joined The Tracks 12 week fitness challenge in the spring of 2023. Each member set individualized goals. We had a Facebook group to post our wins, ask questions, support one another, share recipes and tips, and help with accountability. We had weekly check in calls to help keep us on track, discuss some obstacles, share our wins and to ask the coaches and other members questions. The challenge was all about consistency and creating the right habits to not only make us successful during the challenge but beyond the 12 weeks. When the challenge ended I felt good about my results and felt motivated to stay consistent and keeping hitting those weekly targets. I would definitely do the challenge again and can’t imagine being on this journey to better health without The Tracks community behind me.

I joined the Tracks in February of 2022 and I do not exaggerate when I say it has changed my life. After just completing the 12 week challenge, I saw a significant decrease in % body fat, an increase in % skeletal muscle and a six pound weight loss. What I have learned about logging everything I eat, good protein sources, balancing treats with my total caloric intake, are lessons I can use through the rest of my life.At age 70 I am one of the more senior members of the Tracks, yet have always felt welcomed, valued and have received feedback and ways to adjust any workout we take on to my level of ability (or inability :) ) The coaches are wonderful, ALL of them and I can't imagine not being a part of the Fit Fam going forward!

I joined The Tracks 4 months ago. My goal was to get back into the gym after taking a few years off. I had done CrossFit before, but the initial thought of jumping back into CrossFit workouts was a bit daunting. The Tracks has a variety of classes, including Burn classes that serve as a great onramp back to CrossFit for me. Couple that with great coaches, a caring community, and quality equipment, my transition back to fitness has been seemless. I would highly recommend The Tracks to anyone and of all levels of fitness.

Visited for 3 weeks in KY, from the first moment that I arrived there I felt so welcomed. The trainers are very helpful and professional. Each workout is very efficient and challenging ( I did the Crossfit workout and not the burn). They didn’t want to take money at all and just said “you can buy a t-shirt”They have a very flexible schedule of workout during the week.Absolutely recommended, and if I visit again here, I will come back here 100%

Lenzie and Hunter are the absolute best! I visited from Israel and they welcomed me with open arms. Coach Hunter pays great attention to his trainees ensuring they are using the best form and motivates us to be the best. No judgement space and the camaraderie is genuine. Highly recommend and will visit each time in town.

The Tracks is amazing! I was concerned with not having experience in Cross Fit or weight training that I would not be able to keep up. The coaches (every single one of them) are great with showing you how to modify the exercises until you can build strength to keep up with the class. Everyone including members and coaches, are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. If you are considering Cross Fit, this is the place to go!

I travel regularly and drop into a lot of CrossFit gyms. CrossFit The Tracks was very welcoming, good workouts, good coaching, very reasonably priced and lots of friendly people. Will be back.
