If you need a prescription I recommend sending to a different CVS. This one excuse is they short handed. When a doctor sends in a script on Tuesday and it still is not ready by Wednesday afternoon there is something wrong. How is anyone supposed to have faith in a pharmacy if this is the way they treat customers.

Helper Zackary was very rude and disrespectful. Would not explain my questions about what he needed to fulfill my prescription. Told me to get out of line when I called my husband to get my child’s ss# to get the prescription. He has no manners or respect for his customers. Will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and not using this pharmacy again

Had to transfer to CVS because my insurance made me. Not convenient for me at all due to no stores near me and had my prescription for 3 weeks and when I called a few days after it was due no one had even contacted the Dr for a prior auth. They made me call to get the information on the savings program from the manufacturer that I was already approved for that was sent over by the previous pharmacy. They were contacting the wrong Dr for a refill on my other meds and I have to now contact 3 different Dr's myself because they won't contact the Dr's themselves.

Lady was very rude, I don’t have insurance at the current moment in time , when I tried to used a Good RX coupon, I was given attitude and I wasn’t given to it for that price either. It took them and extra 10 to 15 mins to change a price, while I waited they sorta look at me like I was making them to their jobs and they didn’t like that.It also seems like they were to preoccupied with who’s working in Christmas and New Years. I think I’ll get my prescriptions transferred else were.

They always have my meds on time not much waiting at the pharmacy but they have a lot of overpriced items in the store. It's the only pharmacy that's close in the area

Extreme price mark ups on basic items! They're the only "local" & close pharmacy for the area they're located and they know that so they mark up EVERYTHING ! Drive to another CVS & get same item this one sells for MUCH reasonable prices.
