I have now had items stolen from my shipments 2 times at this facility. My tracker shows that it spends a few days here, my boxes were opened and items removed. I have serial number and receipt proof of the items stolen. THERE IS A THIEF AT THIS FACILITY

DHL needs to do better. The theft, the packages being smashed and trashed, the shipping taking twice as long as it should and the tracking never gives accurate updates. GET IT TOGETHER! Also, why don’t you try to stop the theft? Just another company who wants all the money and can careless after. I LOATHE DHL.

No work on weekends. Hold your package to process payment but money comes right off your card this is sad business is going down hill for international shipping

I was honestly worried about my package arriving on time due to the ongoing strike, but DHL really did an excellent job. Despite the circumstances, they managed to deliver my package right on schedule with no delays. Really impressed with their reliability and service during such a challenging time!

It was a great experience. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The place was easy to find plenty of parking a little bit crowded in the immediate parking lot, but there's plenty of extra parking.
It was a great experience overall.

This company has to be the absolute worst. I ordered something June 3,2025 and they told me it was going to be here the June 12. Then lied and said wrong address and couldn't deliver and I could pick it up at a service centre. Then said we are going to give it to another company because we are on strike. I just checked there tracking number it's in calgary. All they did was lie to me about where the package is what a joke

DHL is the slowest way to send something. Plus trying to call and get someone on the phone is a big JOKE just like the company is. I would NEVER EVER use them nor would I recommend them to anyone to use. They have had my package since the 14th of May and today is the 20th of May and I still don't have my package, where is it coming from, another country? Doesn't pay to use DHL

My package arrived and nothing was in there except a little part of it. 32 kg of stuff was send and only 3kg made it to my house. They took everything out and didn’t put anything back in. Even the snacks that shouldn’t have been thrown away have been taken out were not put back in. They even open the package that got to my house, took part of it and probably taste it and didn’t like it so they put it back in. They took all the fruits, veggies and everything that was tastable. Worst service ever. This has happened to me two times already whenever a family member send stuff from oversea.
