The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However, the room was unclean and felt pretty broken down. The door felt like it barely shut. When first getting to the room we thought someone was already in there because of how bad the door looked when it was shut. The bed was unclean, I laid down and felt a lot of rocky bits, like hard crumbs, and I came to find out that one was a dead fly. This was under the covers, on the fitted sheet where one lays. The walls are also super thin.

Rooms were dirty/old. Kinda UCK but for the 1 night...bearable. Didn't even try the shower!!

Well, we came up here for the Cincinnati music festival. Me and my wife, we went to one room that we were scheduled. The towels was dirty. The sink was dirty. Nothing was plugged in the bed. It wasn’t made. There was mold in the refrigerator. So they moved us to another room on the bottom floor, there was holes in the wall. The water sprayed out like sprinkler, the room smelled like cigarettes. She said a no smoking room, then we open up the microwave to use it. There was three hotdogs in there with mold on it, and the only thing is we apologize didn’t take nothing off our room or anything . The manager is very rude never came down. She didn’t have to walk that far because we was right by the office. This is a motel or whatever you wanna call it in Kentucky and it’s horrible. That’s the review 7/24/2024. ??

Good water pressure bed was comfy room clean. One down fall of room mirror way to low I'm 6'2" and I couldn't shave as couldn't see above my chest. Is pet friendly wish there was more grass to take the dogs to to handle their business. I will be back tho

Much horrible frontdesk staff......
No general restrooms for customers....when i asked for restroom they said ,'Go to the gas station ' , what kind of reply to me....
Dpnt go at there....if you want to do insult then go at there....rooms are not good and as well front desk ...to much horrible and always they do disrespect and they shouted and told us...do complain we dont care about you ...

I will complain in choice as well i will put everywhere about your behavior........her name is ruta or rita like that......
Dont go at there....because they dont care about customers service and satisfaction by their service......because you need educated and manerful staff for represent your motel......

Stayed here a couple of times. Closed to Houston Rd where Golden Corral, Ford's Garage, and other restaurants can be found.

Friendly staff. They enforce security rules, which is not something that all hotels practice, and the room is very clean.

I literally went to rent a room for 3 nights and got declined because of my service dogs, they asked if I had pets I said yes 2 service dogs but they weren’t going to be with me. They refused service which is illegal under the FHA. So thank you! Don’t stay here!

I want to say I sold my house was in-between homes and they welcomed me and my 3 ???. The staff were awesome! They were there when I needed the most in my life . Absolutely horrible!!! Thank goodness the couple we were traveling with had cash because we finally got to check in about 2am and after making our reservations on the app the day before they would not take my card for payment and made us pay cash. One of the beds was broken and the shower filled up the bathtub and would barely drain. The pictures on the app and online look NOTHING like the actual rooms!!! Worse experience I have EVER had!!! And that’s saying a lot because I use hotels 1-2 weekends each month.
