Walgreens on Dixie Hwy in Erlanger Kentucky is great and the pharmacy is outstanding and the people are kind and quick and never make you wait very long at all.

FedEx ground has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. They have reported two packages that were loaded on their truck for delivery for 3 days now and each day no delivery. Exception code was "No delivery attempt". I'm in the ecommerce supply chain business and these guys are a joke. No C/S support and no way around the prompts to talk to a person on the phone. Terrible. Had these shipments went UPS, I would have had them on the day that I was supposed to have them delivered. Pathetic.

I swear I wish I could make it 0 stars. Nobody is able to help or do anything and it's easier to transfer you off to the next person.I ordered a package that online was due the 19th. They showed up the 15th and nobody was home. They said they would be back the 19th by 8:00 pm. We made sure someone was home all day and made outside arrangements for children and 8:00 comes and they text it will be here by the 20th by 8:00 ?. I can't sit at home all day when I have to work and have children. I can't pick it up, I can't arrange a 4 hour window etc. It's only on their terms and you are at their convenience. Never again!UPDATE: Here we are on the 20th and it's past 8:00 and no package again! They have no information and just said they would do an investigation. We asked for a manager and they hung up on us.

I enjoy my trip to FedEx. The customer service representative are very polite nice helpful friendly staff and they are able to verify current situation that I was not able to get properly information on and I always go to the same one. If you have any questions or need more information, advise, pricing, and knowledgeable answers will be available for you. I was doing a home job that required me to use FedEx daily and I was always felt comfortable to go there even if I was not exactly sure what I needed immediately but always they were knowledgeable and I have not had any problems!

There was no wait. I was greeted by a store clerk who immediately provided service expeditiously and I was on my way out the door and on to my next task.
