“My mother lives in Marjorie P Lee in Hyde ParkI always use Adrian Durban to send flowers. I selected a darling blue and white cup and saucer with lovely blue, yellow and white flower. . My mother was thrilled. I was surprised to hear how large it was. I expected a small arrangement.I have many many years of experience with Adrian Durbin. Living so far away from my mom it is a comfort knowing they will always deliver on time and a product way beyond my expectations. “There's a lot to like about this Kroger. It's fairly large, it's clean & well-stocked. The signage is helpful for first time visitors. It's got the newer digital signage that makes you think you're shopping on board the USS Enterprise or something. And a lot of the refrigerated merchandise that's typical exposed to the elements at other locations is behind doors at this one, which I like, because elements can be sketchy. This is further away from me than I'd generally care to go for groceries, but if I'm in the area, I'd certainly pay it another visit.”

You get to create a beautiful centerpiece, drinks, and snacks are provided. It is a fun thing to do for a girls night, bachelorette party, and/or bridal party. I will definitely be back.”

“Due to my son’s procrastination, I was tasked with finding a corsage for his Homecoming date the day of. I called almost every flower shop in the city as soon as they opened (including one that I just spent decent money at a few weeks ago) and they all shot me down… until I got to this one. Not only did they say yes - they were understanding, kind, and produced a beautiful corsage. Everyone was extremely friendly at pick-up. Needless to say, the next time I need anything flower related, they have my business!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! I ordered from them on a whim because a friend of mine was hosting a podcast launch party that I couldn’t attend. First of all, they saved my butt because I put a different delivery date on the order than I did in the notes so they were smart enough to spot my mistake and make sure to call to clarify.Secondly, the message that I asked to be included had astrology references in it and without me even asking they included the cutest crescent moon charm on the bouquet. On top of all that, the flowers were STUNNING and made my friend tear up. The theme of the party was hot pink and when I saw pictures of the arrangement I was thrilled. “A big shout out to Independence Kroger. After the mad house it’s been everyone preparing for the winter storm, I was up that way around 9:00 tonight and really didn’t think they would be open, nothing was open anywhere except UDF. I went in to get a couple things and to see a couple friendly faces. Everyone was working so hard. The shelves were all stocked full. The store looked so clean and not a cart in the parking lot anywhere. Thanks to all you workers who was there in the middle of an ice storm and bitter temperatures. God Bless you all and I pray you make it home safely. You all deserve a raise.”
“Another solid Kroger. I found everything I needed quickly and easily. The store had a predictable layout and good selection of all the items on my list. I was especially grateful for this when it came to the ice cream. lol. There were so many delicious flavors and so many brands. I actually ended up getting a Kroger brand because we didn't need anything fancy for a kids party. I got the Unicorn ice cream and the Chocolate Raspberry. The Unicorn tasted like cake batter and had swirls of icing and chunks of icing covered animal cookies - yum! The chocolate had chocolate chunks and swirls of tangy raspberry - so good!!! I think I need to buy their brand of ice cream more often.... :)”

“While the flowers were pretty and successfully delivered, I upgraded to the “deluxe” option and was, in a word, underwhelmed. For $100 flowers I guess I just expected it to somewhat be as close to as impressive as the picture. The picture showed more roses and all you saw basically was red flowers, but this bouquet is more green than anything. I’d use this florist again, but I probably wouldn’t waste money upgrading to the “deluxe” option.”
