I initially pulled up and called the phone. It said it was not open and sent me to voice mail. A less than friendly counter employee said that’s been that way for a while. C’mon, sometimes you need to talk to someone at the place.
I was with my toddler son, so then I had to load him up and drive to the pickup bay. You think they could call ahead and let them know I’m coming? Nope. Had to unload, go in, and find someone to take my invoice and load up my wood.it was nice they brought it out on a forklift. Big box would make me load it.
Doubt I will go back.

I went to this location to purchase some cedar for a sauna. The gentleman at the front desk might made me feel like I was bothering him. I wanted to see the lumber before I purchased it. That was a inconvenience to him. I’ll take my $4,000 dollar order elsewhere.
