Galaxy Vapor is one of those rare gems of places that I always leave feeling even better than when I got there.
I've been a happy customer since the opening of their first store in Florence\Burlington 12+years ago. And I am confident that I will continue another 12 and many more.
I've always been greeted with a friendly, smiling, and familiar face. They've always been knowledgeable about their vast selection of products. Any issue I've ever had with a product, even through no fault of their own, has been resolved immediately and fairly. And they have even went out of their way to acquire and carry juices that I've recommended.
Having a drive-thru is great convenient option for those in a hurry, But I prefer to go inside and be in the company of those who have become like family. I highly recommend You do the same as it's more than just a store, but an entire experience where the good vibes you leave with are complimentary!
P. S. Tho the selection is always great and abundant, should they not have exactly what I'm looking for I will go without juice rather than go anywhere else!

I thought the business was a neat and nice facility! The knowledge about the products they sold was o.k. not exact knowledge!It's a shame that our prices compared to legal states sales like Michigan or California is ridiculous!We sell our product 30 to 100% profit! Legal states they can sell edibles for 10 a bag and it's not broken down by each individual chemical ratios!

Wonderful place decent prices and knowledgeable staff. I've gone to then for 3 years now. They have a drive thru not many vape stores, got that. Was Wonderful during covid, especially. If I'm unsure of choosing new flavor these guys recommend Wonderful stuff. If they don't vape it , it's bad. Their selection is quite large for a small store .

I love this location so much! Scot is always so helpful every time I come in. He is one of the main reasons I shop at this location. He is also super professional, knows his products and never fails to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. The shop itself has the most variety in all things vapes, juice, and disposables. I’m new to vaping (moving up from disposables) and Ben was a huge help to me. He helped me find exactly what at needed and made sure to stay in the price range I asked him to. 10/10 will recommend to all my fellow vapers! Also the store has such a chill environment which I loved.

My experience here was wonderful. I am a complete noob when it comes to Vapes, but the gentlemen by the name Ben was super helpful and helped find the best product for myself! The best vape shop! They have everything. I like disposables right now and they have every kind. Rex is always very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about anything you could need.
