This is the third time I’ve received an uneven fade at this location. it’s the manager at this location Keira is good the Lady with dyed blonde hair is good. The manager of this location I don’t know if it’s laziness incompetence or a general attitude of I don’t care but this is not acceptable you’ve lost a customer for life!

I know accidents happen, my son isnt wiggly during haircuts and its never happened before but he got cut on his ear with clippers and was bleeding, which of course is concerning enough but how can I be certain that the clippers were disinfected before they were used on him! I am a nurse, blood borne pathogens are serious, hep c, hep b, hiv etc! I do not trust to take my son here anymore! The lady acted like it was no big deal

Asked who was the best at doing fades and the little guy, herald, said I was rude and gave a very bad attitude. Will never go to this location again. Told me to go ahead and complain so I am. And if the owner sees this that little boy needs to be fired immediately. The lady, Shasta I believe is her name, was very kind and nice. James Klette.

Went to Erlanger location. Second and last time ever. Two people working. Both very unfriendly and on both occasions being there the people working only talked to one another and did not try to talk/converse with the person who's hair they were cutting. At one point I was the only customer there and knew what they were talking about. When I made a comment on the subject(which was a friendly comment) they acting like I didn't even say anything and went on talking like I wasn't even there. The guy who cut my hair didn't even seem to listen to what I said I wanted and butchered my hair. Worst cut I ever had. On both occasions being there. The workers made rude comments about customers that had just left. I will never go back and tell everyone I know to never go there. Most unprofessional people I've ever experienced. I was nice, friendly, paid for my cut and gave a nice tip and got out of there. If I could give zero stars I would.
