“I was incredibly nervous to join a new gym where I knew very few people and involved workouts I was not comfortable with. Especially after years of not making myself and my health a priority. Shortly after joining The Tracks Fitness Lab, I felt extremely comfortable. I formed relationships with coaches and other members alike. After reaching that comfort level, I joined The Tracks 12 week challenge in the spring of 2023 and when I started I gave myself very modest goals. Those goals were achieved much easier than I expected and I had to reevaluate halfway through. I was not in great shape and did not have a healthy mindset on diet or myself. what I learned was not replaceable. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount about nutrition and diet, but I learned new ways to view myself and healthy ways to make progress regardless of how small. The results were great. I got in much better shape, pushed myself harder than I had in over 15 years, and became a part of a supportive group that wanted me to succeed as much, if not more than I wanted to succeed. I learned lessons that I will keep with me throughout my fitness journey and for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend The Tracks Fitness Lab for someone who wants to make a lifestyle change!”
