Rented vehicle from Hertz -Erlanger Office. The service was excellent, was in the rental in 10 minutes and on the road. Staff did walk around, explained all the details as this was a new vehicle to me, greatly appreciated. Would definitely rent from this Erlanger Office again…

Did hold reservation then man at counter was rude and always had extra to say after car went from 78 dollars to well over 120 and didn't hold reservation but was going to give free up grade a Trax lol when ordered a full size sedan

The service I received this Hertz rental location was second to none. Both staff working were extremely attentive, polite and respectful. I was offered the option of receiving pictures of the car 360 via email or doing a full walk around and was offered the option of having a physical copy of my rental receipt or having it sent to my email. The staff at this location care about the customer, they manage the business with intent. I highly recommend.

Tyler at the Erlanger location was especially helpful and patient with me! I hadn’t rented a vehicle in some time, and he walked me thru the process, showed me how to operate all the gadgets and actually put me in a different vehicle which was more to my liking and need! I highly recommend his service!

Staff was friendly and working hard to get everything done everywhere, however I had an 8am reservation. Came in at 8:30 and car wasn’t ready. Had to wait for it all to be cleaned. This impacted the timing of my road trip.

I reserved an SUV and when I arrived I was told they accidentally overbooked so there were no vehicles at all. Then someone returned a compact car then they immediately checked for damages and gave it to me smelling like fast food. The best part is they told me that the price for the compact car was higher than the SUV but they would let me have it for the same price like they were doing me a favor. Complete and utter B S.

Worst car rental place. Renter beware. Horrible customer Support, they don't care about the customer experience and force unjustified cleaning fees.
Save yourself the trouble and go to enterprise.

First time renting a car and they gave me the run around didn't answer my questions ,kept me on hold over 30 minutes & wanted to over change me and was very rude over the phone. I have nor and WILL NOT rent from this company and I don't recommend it to anyone they have zero customer service skills and honestly I found a cheaper rate elsewhere. With a nicer person willing to help me . Wish I could give Hertz rentals a negative star

They lie through their teeth with a smile, and then expect YOU to wait on the phone for 15 minutes on hold to fix the problem that they made. I reserved a model 3. Got there, and they claimed they needed to put an additional $255 hold on my credit card before I could take the car. (What? That’s a big hold for no reason, but okay.) My bank declines this because it’s an out of state hold that they’re unfamiliar with. My bank is closed since it’s 5:30pm at that time. Keith says I can pick it up tomorrow in the AM once I can talk to the bank, no problem. I call at 8:15 the next morning to confirm that I’m still picking up the car, FIFTEEN MINUTES after they opened, and magically my model 3 isn’t at their property anymore and there’s nothing they can do to help me. Just don’t rent from hertz. Get a small compact from enterprise and maybe you’ll at least get a car at all.
Edit: after two weeks, I never received a refund. After the store associate told me I would, AND after I contacted corporate they told me the same thing. That I’d be refunded. They stole my money, and I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Avoid this terrible business like the plague it is.

I was involved in a car accident in October 2023. Keith and his staff helped me navigate through a lot of insurance red tape. They were very helpful and supportive.Highly recommended.If you’re going through insurance, Keith is the go to guy. He will make sure that you are in compliance with what the insurance company will cover and will not cover.Hertz hired the right people. They are very ethical and fair.They should get raises.?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars
