Staff kind of ignored us, this was our first visit. Had a question about 2 different car wash packages, they did not explain and pointed to the picture. Inside the girl at the desk was busy playing on her phone to realize I was there, then she was too busy on her phone, to notice I was trying to ask a question, until another person was like she has been trying to ask a question. Customer service not good

Can’t give it zero so here’s 1. Just went through and tipped you $5 out of courtesy because I expected the same level of service as I got in the past. They should have just paid me for waiting on them to send my car through a sprinkler system. They didn’t wipe anything down nor did they vacuum. I guess since they were close to closing they just didn’t care to do anything at all which should not matter considering you took my money and provided basically no service. What a shame this place has become.

This time I made sure they cleaned my 3rd row windows but they didn’t wipe down real good inside the car. This the 2nd time I wasn’t satisfied with my service and I TIP😡 will be going to another car wash!

I’ve gone to Johnnys for years I stopped for a few years cuz I was out of the country
This was my first time back in a while and Unfortunately it was very disappointing!!
I got the full service and paid 26 dollars and I would have been better off doing it myself
Pet hair was left as is in the trunk
There were still crumbs in the cup holders
Very disappointing

Was very disappointed with the Full Service that I paid for. It seemed like they didn't even clean the inside of the car. I made them do it a second time and there was still dust and crumbs all over the place. I will not be going to this location again.

I went for a standard inside and outside wash and the handsome bald gentleman in the back is very charming. He helped me decide which wash was perfect for me, with a smile on his face. Teeth were very straight and white. Felt like I could trust him, he had an overall positive aura about him and I haven’t stopped thinking about him since I left. Will definitely be back. Also, if I were the owner I would give the bald guy a raise!

I used to be a big fan of this place and used to come often until I moved further away. I was in passing and went today and it wasa waste of my money something told me to go with the full wash and not to spend the extra money like I usually do. My side mirrors were so spotty, didn't even look like they got cleaned. I was going to post a picture but I couldn't get a decent one to show the dirt. I had my dog in my car so there was some fur I was going to soft touch on 42 which they never had an issue getting hair out of my car (to bad they closed) it didn't even look like my trunk got touched. Very poor job not sure why it won't let me post pictures 😡

I've been a customer of Johnny's since moving to the area six years ago. During this time, the quality of the washes has declined while the prices go up. Spent $32 for the Ultimate plus a $5 tip. The wheels were left filthy. Just doing a basic drive-thru at Mike's gets the wheels clean. The windows were left so streaky and I've struggled to get them clean myself - it's like they used a greasy rag. The dash and console were left dusty and the exterior of the vehicle was waterspotted. Really disappointed and will likely not return.
