I called RAD yesterday looking for help getting keys to an ARE truck cab. Sam gave me her recommendations on what I needed to do to get the correct key ordered. About 15 minutes later she called me back and asked me to come up to their shop in Erlanger, she had a bunch of keys that we could go through to try and find a match. We were able to find a match and save me a lot of time and money! Sam did not have to call me back and go through the hassle but she did. If RAD and Sam are willing to go the extra step for a random set of keys, how well is their service to a paying customer? I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bed liner, cab or any service they provide. Thank you again!

Showed up to get a Line-X put in a brand new pickup truck. Woke up the next day. Bubbles everywhere and my reverse camera not working. They accidentally cut my wires and did not sand the bed down. Just sprayed on craziness. Good luck if you come here. I'll keep you posted on what they say...... The wires were not cut. They were smashed in between the bed of the pickup truck and tailgate a readjusted the wires haven't had a problem upset about the situation. Hopefully it's fixed then they told me that I would have to have the new LINE-X repairs really ?? AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FRIDAY TO GET MY NEW LINE-X BEDLINER REPAIRED OR WHATEVER THEY'RE GOING TO DO I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR here we are Friday and instead of replacing the bed liner they cut the bad section out in whenever top of it. Very unprofessional linex should be sad new truck looks like has three big dents right where you open the tailgate. Terrible work because they cut the Line-X out and sprayed over top of it. I had 5 items installed or done and was happy with 3 of them and had issues with 2 of them hence the 3/5 rating3 done well- line-x bedliner, hard folding cover, and undercoatingHad issues with 2 of them: mudflaps (was overcharged and had the wrong set put on- had these weird pieces installed on the running boards (see pictures) and overpaid by about $200) and the floor mats (paid for the install and the back seat mats look they they were just thrown in the truck)I also requested to have Bryan (manager or owner) call me but haven’t heard anything back yetEDIT- I have heard from Bryan and we fixed the mud flap pricing, so updating from 3-4 stars

Had the bed liner installed when I bought the truck and then added the Stealth bed cover a month later. Can’t say enough good things about the products and the service. Had a couple of minor issues with the cover and the team took care of them quickly! Very satisfied with the cover. Six months later and haven’t experienced any leaks even with heavy rain and going through the local car wash. Bed liner is flawless and looks great. Undercoating and rustproofing is next.

My experience with LINE-X NKY has been tremendous. Their service is friendly and their work is vey high quality. Lee and Bryan are always there and are very knowledgeable. I had a folding LEER bed cover installed two years ago and it looks and performs like the day it was new. Prior to purchasing the cover and installation from LINE-X NKY, I thought I could save some money by doing it myself. After researching various sources for the exact same product/brand, I quickly found that LINE-X NKY could deliver the same product installed for virtually the same price (within $12). This made my decision easy. I continue to enjoy the cover on my truck and plan to return for other accessories and services in the future.

Absolutely amazing service and product with affordable pricing! They stay on top of everything, with getting the parts, letting you know when they’re in, when it can be done, when it’s all done.
