Why are they closed at 3 pm on a non holiday Tuesday (2 December)?

No one works here. And if they do, they are sitting on their phones doing nothing. Been on hold and the number keeps going up which makes no sense. My husband has been trying to call for days. When he showed up in person he was turned away. We have had no water for days.
June 2025
Just moved, have been trying to get my water turned on for a week. Called at 230 on Wednesday and they state there office is closed and business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 on the automated message ???…. Called again at 330 and says the same thing… doesn’t make any since.
