Went in to safety check up on tire pressure monitoring system light being on even after fill up the air on August 25, 2025 as the store open on a very busy day. Front desk to technicians treated me with the utmost manners while my service was in and out timely but very thoroughly and properly. Not just I was made aware of what was going on but excellent service at no cost. This business establishment TRULLY care about your safety.
I would highly recommend all drivers to this business establishment if one needs any type of services they provide knowing that you will get a quality services at very honest and reasonable prices.

Caught a nail in my tire this morning. Got me in serviced and out door in 20 mins. Mechanic even put away my spare and jack!! Great service and great wait times.

took my car there for an AC issue, found there was a leak. When car was returned, my carplay was stolen out of the car. I went back last night to get it out and at 7:45 it was in the shop locked up. “Avery” Worked on my vehicle.

I need an emergency patch on a tire. They wasn’t busy at all and they turned me away.. I didn’t even understand why.. i’m giving two stars because Brian, was excellent definitely give that man a raise. He went out his way to at least air up my tire so I can make it to the next destination.

Caught a flat, took my tire to Performance Tire and they took care of me. Chuck was friendly and helpful. He met me at my truck and helped me unload the tire and got the mechanics to work right away. In and out in 30 minutes. Thanks Chuck!

These guys are always extremely friendly and helpful. I think I've only ever had four tires rotated here but they're always just a pleasure to talk to and deal with. It's just such a rarity to find nice people in service anymore these days. I've stopped in a couple times with questions whether they carried something or new a solution for whatever I was working with. Even helped me out with something stuck once free of charge.

Performance Tire is an excellent repair shop. My battery died this morning and after a jumpstart, I had a check engine light. Less than an hour after stopping in Performance Tire with no notice, they were able to diagnose a low voltage warning with my existing battery and got it changed. The service is quick and the staff is polite and profession. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with car issues in or around Erlanger.

Great staff. Smooth in and out. Avoid using GPS. u will never get their. I happen to know the area. Realized a little late it was confused. I was able to find without technology. Greeted by staff with warm welcome. Phoned ahead to check wait time. They were honest about time, and I was in and out. Used a couple from reach mag. They honered no ? Asked. Did my oil change no pressure sales attack. I will return for future service. ? thanks.

I trust Mark and team implicitly with diagnostics and repairs. They are very thorough but do only what’s right and necessary for your vehicle - 180 degree difference than dealerships who are obviously profit-driven and will gouge you.
I have been using Peformance Tire for my and my family’s cars for years and highly recommend them!
