Ordered a blender from Amazon on Thursday/Friday but didn't realize USPS was delivering for Amazon now. So my package was delivered without notification, and delivery instructions weren't followed since USPS mailman can't see them I'm assuming. So my package was left on the end of my porch by the mailbox where it was accessible by the storms we had on Saturday and the packaging got soaked to the point it fell apart upon contact. The inside package got wet too.
The frustrating part is, if you walk 5 more feet, you couldve left the package on my steps which is a covered porch. Hence my Amazon instructions detail.
So now, I have to drive over to the UPS store to begin a replacement.
A little common sense/care from your mail delivery person when it rains would be appreciated.

50 million options on the phone when you call in and STILL can't get through to anyone, I just wanna know if my damn mail key is in!!! The phone system needs changed because this is ridiculous, can't get ahold of anyone. Sure I'll just waste my time and come up there to see if my key is ready, here I come. Already having bad experiences with this location, the male worker that I encountered the other day talks to males so much nicer and sweeter than he speaks to women and speaks to women like barking at a dog (gay). Let's be more professional.

I’m not even getting my mail
Everyday!!! Once a week I find it all shoved in the mail box 4 days worth- I have informed delivery it tells me every day what mail to expect to come and a picture of the mail. I had a card re-ordered, it was supposed to come 5-7 days, so I called the card ppl, they said it’s been 17 days I should have had it waaay long ago, so they cancelled my card, that’s when 2 days later the original now cancelled card came. 17 days late. Now I’m waiting for the other one says it was here yesterday I didn’t get mail yesterday or today! Again 2 days not even junk mail, he leave it on my porch instead of my big black mailbox I purposely put up. No ice obsticles for him, the yard is clear, my porch is clear, no reason I’m not getting mail everyday like I used to til 6 weeks now this has been going on. I don’t complain much, but when it’s my $ card, direct deposit, I’m not playing u holding my card up postman. What’s the issue. And 17 days late. ???? Answers?? Erlanger ky. And deliver my mail in AM like it has been 8 years, what’s this 9:30am I used to get it now it’s late and he don’t put it in the box, lays it on the porch so I don’t hear it now. It blows away there, I put a rock,.. use it if you’re gonna not use the big mail box 2 feet from where you put it, it’s not safe just thrown on my porch. Postal Service is so poor that you would be lucky to get a single piece of mail weeks late. No wonder the mail is always late they close for little to no reason. Wish I had that much time off work.

Every single package addressed to western KY that goes through Earlinger, KY is held up in in Earlinger for an additional 4-5 days. This is a huge problem especially when it's medications. If they can't function faster than pony express they should be closed.

I worked for the Federal government for 36 years and as a supervisor I treated my employees with respect and always tried to get rid of the bureaucracy and stupidity. We moved to our new built house and with the community mailbox you need the keys to open your box. Well 3 weeks later they still don't know where my key is or what is going on. I have to drive to the main post office not my location 25 minutes away to check if my key is ready and to pick up our mail being held there not my local post office. Met my mail person and she is wonderful and has tried to get my key and every few days brings my mail to my door which I'm sure is a no, no in the stupid book guide for government.

Waiting for a package that left Minneapolis, MN for Fort Worth, Texas to Humble, Texas to Erlanger, Kentucky on January 9 on it's way to North Dakota - must be taking the scenic route. Still haven't seen the package and it's now January 23rd.

Mail not delivered until dark and then recieved 4 letters for the neighbor's mail 2 doors down. Wonder where our mail ended up.I can see a random letter now and then,but all of the mail being delivered wrong is ridiculous. The mailman may want to deliver during daylight hours so they can see what they're doing.
