Poor customer service. The pharmacy is a complete mess. I was told my insurance card was not valid however, when I get a hold of my insurance, it’s the same exact card that I gave to this young idiot in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy workers are incompetent, lose prescriptions, miscount the prescribed amount and aren't helpful with discount cards when you don't have insurance. Don't come to this location. They make your life more difficult than it already is when you have a chronic illness

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy gets worse and worse. Medications are never ready on time, they lie & say your doctor never sent a prescription, they let prescriptions sit in ques for days for even filling. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and that goes for the pharmacist. The pharmacist yesterday had the nerve to scold me in front of customers because I wanted to purchase diapers and a bag of cookies along with some of the my medications bc of course not all of them were ready and this was after a 20 minute wait in line. I only use this pharmacy because it’s one of the few pharmacies my prescription plan covers. What pharmacy can’t get antibiotics filled in a timely manner?!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacy is chaotic and never has medications ready in a timely manner or will tell you they never received the prescription from your dr. Pharmacy staff is rude. I've had to wait days for a prescription to be filled.

They accidentally deleted my prescription, so now I get to spend Christmas in pain from the hole in my mouth after getting my tooth pulled! Thanks Walgreens! And thanks to whichever technician canceled my prescription, it's specifically your fault that I'm going to have a miserable Christmas full of pain!

I will drive a few miles extra and go to this Walgreens, as their pharmacy and store seem more organized than the one less than a mile from my house. I hope they keep up the good work.

Made online appt for covid vaccine on Tuesday for Thursday. Website showed the vaccine I wanted was available. I arrived on time and was told they ran out of the vaccine. No one called to tell me. The assistant apologized and said they tried to call people but didn't have the staff to reach everyone. Not sure if it's the whole system or just this location, but it seems disorganized and under staffed.

Scheduled a Covid test online. Was shown through the appointment schedule it was free, even after I put that I was not using insurance. The woman kept trying to run it through an old insurance I had at a previous job that I no longer have, and said that is why the charge? But I don’t have that insurance. It’s an old card on file. I do not have insurance at this time since I switched jobs. Got to testing and was told it was around $130. And was told it was CASH ONLY. Which is hilarious because I thought card only was the new way because cash spreads germs during the p*dmic. Was never told this online. Was never told this through appointment scheduler. And was never told this through emails received after confirming apt. Needs to update information and keep patients aware of protocol and procedure. Poorly done

I went into the pharmacy in Erlanger to pick up a prescription for my daughter. There was a young, blonde associate that helped me, I believe her name was Haley. She was very rude and her customer service was just not pleasant at all. I reached out to speak to a manager and I am waiting on a call back. If you can’t be polite and respectful, please do not get a job in customer service!

2 issues- first I ordered graduation announcements and was told they would be ready next day by 9a. Went to the store after 2p and their machine that makes them was broken. Not one person called to let me know they would not be able to fill the job. Very unprofessional and when I asked why she just said she didn't have time to find where the machine was jammed or give customers a call! Not at all ok! Second issue pharmacy was extreme rude. I had a prescription that was ready day before came to pick up after my appointment and my doctor canceled the medicine going forward. They refused to give me the medication even though it had been filled before canceling for the future. The tech was rude and had no explanation just said we won't give it to you. Had to send a message to my doctor to have it resent .
