My experience with this location was not at all what I expected and I will not be coming back. The two ladies that were working were very nice, but I wish they would have explained how their store operates when taking in clothing. I called two days before to book an appointment to be able to bring in some clothing. I came in about 10 minutes early to bring everything inside to get set up and they told me they could not see me until my scheduled time so I had to take everything back out to the car and wait, which isn’t a big deal, but something to take into consideration when going. They told me everything needed to be on hangers and I did everything they asked of me. The lady only took about two minutes to look at all of my clothing and half of it she would not look at because it was David Bridal items and they said they do not take those items. Most of the other items were name brand as well and she would not take those either. Out of 20 something items she only took two items and she said the rest of it was a no. At this point she was not being so friendly. When we got up to the register, I asked her if I would receive money or store credit for this and she said you automatically get money. She told me that they could not take my clothing unless I set up an account and unless I was bringing in more items. I told her I didn’t want to set up an account and I just wanted to sell the items and she said you have to have an account with us. So I signed up for the account. And when I looked at the paper, I realize that it was more than just an account. She told me that they would not give me money until the items have sold in their store which could take a long time and she gave me a number that I had to follow online and see where my stuff is in store. I was so confused by this and I asked her is the standard and she said yes. I asked her if I could just go ahead and take my things back and she huffed at me and told me sure. I explained to her that it might be easier for customers if she gave them a heads up the next time that they have to have an account and that their items would not be purchased that day, but that they would have to wait until customer purchased it in their store to get the money. None of my items had holes in them or were in any real bad shape at all. One shirt has a tiny stain the bottom that I never noticed. But being unable to take a name brand is crazy to me. I’m not expecting them to give me a lot of money but even $5 for a dress that I paid over $100 for would’ve been fine.

Never trust this place with your items as you will get ripped off royally! They take more of your money and waste your time. There's no help bringing your stuff into the store no matter if it's big or small. Should be a zero!!

Great selection of clothes, jewelry and shoes , Purses. They are very nice ladies who run the store. The value for the items are worth it.

Love dropping into this store as often as possible- best way to catch just the right thing. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. Had a great time yesterday at their "Bag Sale" - so much fun - especially with friends/family. It gets a little crazy by so much fun!

Prices are outrageous for used clothing, especially when the brands aren't high end. Advertised 70% off clothes that were stamped, spent an hour in the store and couldn't find anything stamped. But I did find the employees bickering with each other over how to set up their ring light and technology so they could go live on Facebook and sell virtually. This should not be done during store hours, or should be done in a backroom where customers who are physically in the store aren't treated like second class citizens to your Facebook lives. Clothes were packed heavy on racks, so I can't imagine they get much business on the sales side.

Always nice and friendly. Always willing to look for something if I need it. Love the Live Facebook sales. Quick to respond and answer any questions. The clothes are reasonable they always have a huge amount of brand names. Shoes, purses, clothes and home decor if you're looking for something look here first.

There is hardly any plus sizes as well when I was there I was completely ignored as the associate there was kissing a** with a friend and her two rugrats who were running around ....go down the street to snooty fox where you are greeted and they have a great selection

Just so you know you have to find the stuff you consigned on the floor when your time is up! Kinda crazy policy. Also you might wanna wear a mask in there...it stinks. The 50 candles you had burning aren't working
