I cannot say enough good things about Wally and Lori with Smooth Finish Auto Collision Repair & Mechanic.
My husband (who shall remain unnamed for his own protection 😂) pulled up a little too far onto a curb and managed to scrape the bottom passenger corner of my brand-new 2026 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. Because apparently owning a new car wasn’t stressful enough.
The damage was on both the white spoiler and the black end cap, and I was honestly sick over it. Thankfully, I found Wally and Lori—and what a blessing they were!
From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, honest, and just genuinely great people to work with. The repair looks fantastic. You would never know my husband and a curb had a disagreement with my Lexus. 😂
In a world where it sometimes feels like everyone is looking for a way to charge you more, it was refreshing to find someone who did excellent work at a fair price and treated me like a person instead of a dollar sign.

“I don’t normally do surveys or reviews, however, here goes…
The ONLY thing that stopped me from giving all five stars was my wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I arrived at 8:50am. I ended up leaving around 1:30pm!
Details: the shop was not running with all their employees and they kept finding other issues that they brought to my attention.
The owner came out and explained that he was short handed but they would get me finished as soon as possible.
The customer care, keeping me in the loop, and professionalism was outstanding and helped with the wait time! I would 100% recommend this business to family and friends!!
Also, while sitting there I went and looked what the cost would be if I had gone to the dealership and another shop.. they beat both out, (especially the dealership).. for the exact same work!

“Wow can't say enough about Grissom's, called about mounting and balancing 4 tires and they got me in next morning. They didn't use sticky weights for balance either which I believe to be better because those sticky weights tend to fall off. Very reasonably priced, great customer service and I do recommend this shop”

I likely would not have noticed it right away or even connected it to the repair, but I was notified and they made sure I got back in as soon as possible to repair the minor damage, which would’ve been costly to me. My experience was what one might expect from a top shop!”

Took a used car here to get inspected before purchasing. They did an excellent job. They told us they would get it inspected by 5pm, and that is exactly what they did. They caught an issue with the AC that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
Despite it being past closing time, both the mechanic at the front desk and the mechanic who inspected the vehicle spoke with us, answered all of our questions, and gave us their honest opinion on the car. Good communication, and very kind and respectful people.”
