I called and spoke with a Mr.Craig Browning already weary of what was to come from past reviews but completely blew me away with respect and an impressive amount of professionalism, even though they had no units available for me, not a surprise seeing this business thriving like that with these practices and standards, were still kind and caring enough to offer his professional recommendations in a very helpful way, would recommend to anyone especially to those that aren’t sure what storage facility to go to I could almost assure that these are the kind of people to see you through any questions and help you every step of the way. Already satisfied myself they expressed genuine regret that they didn’t have a unit available for me 15/10 ignore the old reviews as it’s under new management, Thank you Craig for the helping hand.

Wish I read the couple of reviews online before renting. Took my money and rented me a taken unit and won't respond to phone calls. This place needs to be shut down. Rip off avoid!!! Poorest customer service ever. No one ever responds to phone calls.

Rented a unit online, they took the money from my account, went to put my stuff in it and there’s someone’s lock and stuff on the unit. I’ve called the office 2 times now and no one calls back or helps us. Rip off.
