They got my family member good on his black Denali. He had to fix it himself. I hit a deer and almost took it here. Glad I talked it over with him. We’re trying our best to keep people in the loop about this place and their bad business practices.

I took my truck to Bowmans as recommended by some close colleagues. It’s a newer Denali and I was told it was done. It wasn’t. I brought up some issues with that trim and it was raised from being pried up. They took it back and threw a quick fix on it using panel bond to glue it down. Now what about the next guy who needs to remove that? Panel bond is like concrete. So I look at it quick and it’s starting to rain. Terrible for looking over a black paint job. Get it home and noticed they chipped the paint prying with a screwdriver or something and did a very poor touch up on it. Also the blind zone system wasn’t working, insurance was charged for that. I took it back after getting it in my shop under LEDs and noticing how bad the orange peel was and yes OEM has a little. Also the chip and the alerts not working. I also mentioned many times about a rattle up front in the suspension that came up when the truck went off the road. It’s still there. We had to ride to Florida listening to that.
I talked to the owner, never once apologized or anything. Just stood there and said they’ll fix it. Almost like I was a nuisance. I’m sure I’m that guy. I get it back again and noticed it has close to 60 more miles on it than when I took it in. Weird? Maybe resetting the bcm they already charged for?
60 miles is a good trip especially since yesterday they charged the insurance $400 for a tow bill.

I’m either going to trade the truck in, because it’s still not right, or just pay out of pocket when we get back in town and get someone to fix it all right and repaint that bedside or just reshoot it myself
and put it on the lift and find the rattlling. Let’s pray they didn’t panel bond the flare and steps on.

My husband works so hard to have nice stuff and he trusted them to fix his truck right. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened. I would avoid. Someone put close to 60 miles on his truck. Then charged the insurance for a tow bill. The list goes on. It’s so bad, he’s stopping at dealerships in Florida on VACATION looking to trade it in. Which I’m sure they’ll love to hear. Money in the bank for Bowmans. This isn’t the old Mark Bowmans where they were friendly and done things much differently. It’s been bought out unfortunately. These poor practices will always come to light. All we can do is pray for predatory businesses and people like this. God bless.

I recently had 2 pressed wheel bearing replaced on our minivan. I called and they gave me an appointment within a weeks time, which I thought was great. I also got 2 different cost estimates and they explained what would cause the higher estimate. The work was done at the appointment in the time frame they gave me. The cost was the lower estimate. I would recommend having work done at Bowman's.
