Manager doesn't know what she's talking about, needs retrained on Card purchases. Didn't know one store does it differently than all stores in the USA to activate a card. Was rude about the situation. Was told this wasn't the first time, the other people had to wait 2 weeks for the money to be returned after calling Corporate. This isn't a concerned? ?

Where do i begin? The employees are rude ... And not to mention the store manager by the name Joanie has slept with the Frito guy vender that was coming in and he had to quit his job , she was also living with her CASHIER which is a automatic fire i have no clue how she is still store manager of dollar general. This place has went down hill!!

Extremely disappointed in this store. I have been coming here since it opened. Most of the staff has been friendly and helpful. Some more than others, but that is to be expected. From the beginning, there seems to always be an issue with stock. Items out of stock, or items up on top but not stocked in their spots. I know we are in a supply chain struggle, but I dont see these issues at other stores (even other DG stores). So, I've been patient with the ongoing price mismatching that seems to keep happening (price at checkout doesnt match the shelf price), but I cant help but wonder about the "cash register doesnt take credit cards but the self-checkout does" issue that seems to have been going on for the last few weeks. I feel like a store SHOULD be able to fix a credit card acceptance issue faster than a few weeks. I have seen multiple people leave this store frustrated and I have done it myself a time or two. Not sure if it's corporate or management, but SOMEBODY is messing up big time for this store.

Not only was a man who was arrested for a especially heinous child molestation charge allowed to work there a girl named Lynn I think her name is got agressive with my husband when he voiced his frustration about a guy being allowed to work there Lynn and the manager act just like high school girls either talking about people while customers are trying to check out or being mean to other employees in front of customers I know someone who used to work there she left there because Lynn was being extremely mean to her I witnessed it for myself more then one time and the turn over rate for that place is ridiculous it seems to like everyday there's someone new in the store it should be shut down

GREAT SERVICE/ HORRIBLE MASK LESS CUSTOMERSClean store, staff was nice. I felt so sorry for the staff because about 80% of the customers did not have the common intelligence or courteosy to wear a mask. The five stars is for all for the staff having to work long shifts, mask on then having to wipe down for the next customer. Most of the customers without mask were mean which should explain the general person in this town and they should be embarrassed. I honestly believe the cashier should not clean the TouchPad if the next person up can't be bothered with a mask. They obviously do not care for anyone but themselves so why should they worry about a dirty TouchPad. I think the employees should receive raises! As far as inconsiderate mask less majority of this area should be made to feel ashamed and shown the lack of concern they send out.
