“Five stars aren't enough for Call-Tech Express! My son's Switch OLED was down for the count, seemingly from water damage. They offered to diagnose it for their service fee and made a fantastic promise: if the repair wasn't possible, that fee would go towards a new Switch OLED. They quickly confirmed it was water damaged, and we immediately purchased the new OLED from them. The speed and flexibility of their service transformed a potentially ruined day for my son.
