I won't spend another red cent here. My father visits this place at least 4 days a week to get candy and snacks. He offered to take my 6 year old son and get him a treat but he made the mistake of wearing a sonic ballcap that still had a price tag on it. (He wanted to keep the tag because it had the sonic team logo on it ) they legitimately accused my son of stealing a hat that I already bought for him at Walmart. We live right beside the dollar store and have shopped here for years. Never again, I'll spend the extra gas to go the extra mile and take my money to your competitor. Never again.

I have shopped at the Flatwoods location for over 10 years until now. All the employees over the years have always been courteous and professional but the blonde haired female that works there is the rudest and most unprofessional employee they have ever had. I have always brought alot of business to that store but will never go back again unless that girl is gone. Don't know her name and don't care but she has bleached blonde brassy hair, medium built and looks to be in her 30's or older and looks like she has no teeth. She needs to be fired and hope she is very soon.

I used the app for the first time today which offers coupons to clip and I ended up saving $30! Times are tough right now so I was thankful to save money so easily. The woman that was running the register was super helpful and nice.

The workers are friendly, but the store is in need of repairs and isn't always the cleanest.

I went to purchase a Mother's Day card 5/8/21 @Flatwoods, Ky store. They had a whole section of cards CLEARLY marked $1. I get to the registar and it rang up $2. I told the cashier they were marked $1 and he said in a sarcastic tone "well, it rings up $2." I told him "well, they are advertised for a $1 and that's what you should give it to me for and I ask for the manager. HE WAS THE MANAGER and his name was ALEX. He gets real hasty and rude and still refuses to give it to me for that. This is NOT not about the dollar, this is about the principle of false advertising and a extremely rude person that made me feel like I had done something wrong. I've contacted a lawyer so I hope to resolve it soon.
