“Im going to have to say this is the best pawn shop I've been to in a long time and the best in the tri-state area. Those guys working in there are some good Ole boys and my kind of people. Family run business and they are honest and fair. Went in a few times to sell my silver and they offered the highest price compared to other pawn shops I've been to. They are the only ones I'll do business with. I highly recommend Pawn shop express (Ashland, KY).”
“I have been a customer here since 2020. At first, I was purchasing items from their store. Everything I bought was of good quality and as advertised. When I started on hard times I began using their pawn service. I have always received a fair price for my items and everything has always been taken care of while in their possession. Everything you would like from a pawn shop. What makes THIS pawn shop different from the others is the employees. I trust each of them. It's likey that if I am in to pawn that I haven't had the best day but the employees are so pleasant that I leave on a more positive attitude. “I don't remember the guys name that was working there yesterday when I went to pawn my flip phone and TV he was a nice and polite guy but something seriously got messed up so when I went to pawn the stuff I told him I'd be back today to get the phone and back Wednesday to get the TV and I literally went back to get my phone he said I would half to pay and get the TV out too if I wanted to get my phone out after I done told him the day I was pay for it that I'd get the phone out today and the TV out Wednesday and he didn't say anything to me about it then until today which kinda made everything a little harder on me and stuff so there was a slight miss understanding between the both of us I guess but still a good working just next time it's probably better if you let someone know what's going on for future reference thanks ?”
