I just moved here last year from Florida where I used Walgreens pharmacy exclusively. Had a wonderful relationship with all of the pharmacy staff, they knew you by name and would greet everyone that came in personally even if they were busy. Prescriptions filled the day they came in, never any problems. So of course I transfered my account to this pharmacy since it was near my new house and believed I would continue to get the great Walgreens service I have come to expect. I was so wrong!! I ended up in the hospital with a severe third degree burn on one of my feet and when I was released I had all the prescriptions called into this pharmacy. My husband went to pick up my prescription the next day, THEY LOST THE PRESCRIPTION! How do you lose a prescription that was electronically sent?? A month later I went in to pick up another prescription, and even though it said it was ready I had to wait 20 minutes for it??? Then this week we come to the final straw. I have a procedure tomorrow (a Tuesday) and the imaging center sent over a prescription I needed today to prep for that procedure, it was sent in Thursday. When I called Saturday to see if it was ready since I haven't heard anything they said it wasn't filled and was asking about my insurance which I don't have claiming they were trying to find a better price for me. I told them that was no reason to not have a prescription filled in a timely manner. So the girl I was speaking with tells me they'll get right on it. Then I get a message on Sunday saying the medication was out of stock and they'd fill it when it arrived. Finally got a message this afternoon (Monday) that it was finally being filled..... I needed to start the medicine this morning so that does me no good. If I had been informed of this Thursday when the prescription was called in I would have been able to handle the situation but no, now I've had to reschedule the procedure (which is a cancer screening, very important) and had to have the meds sent to me by the KY Cancer center instead. That's 3 strikes and you are out Walgreens. I will NEVER use this, or any other, Walgreens pharmacy ever again. They should be asked of the way they treat patients. I highly advise to find another pharmacy to get any prescription filled, this one is a joke.

Prescriptions never ready. Have to wait in drive thru for 30 mins for them to say it's not ready to come back in another 30 minutes. It doesn't matter if you wait 12 hours to pick up meds. It's like they don't start filling until you show up. So expect 2 trips there and a total 1 hour waiting period in drive thru line.

Only because 0 stars isn’t an option. Walgreens as a company has lost my business for life there is a reason all of them have 2 stars on average, seriously look, it’s almost impossible to find a Walgreens without 2 stars or less. It should not take the most infuriating hour and a half of your life to get a basic prescription. Pulled up after waiting in line 20 minutes was told they didn’t have to it even though it was sent thru 2 days prior. Was told maybe they sent it to the wrong one so I spend 40 minutes on the line with a different Walgreens begging the robot to even let me talk to a person and when it does transfer me after many minutes of hopeless pleading I sit on hold for 8 cycles of the same song(roughly 30 minutes)Just to be told it’s on my profile and the original store should’ve been able to see it……. Walk back in greeted by rude staff that have zero concern for you or your time and of course magically when I walk in and tell them I know they have it, oh look there it is! Yeah next time I’m sick I’ll take my chances or just save myself the time and blow my brains out, would honestly be a much more beneficial and enjoyable experience. Seriously guys do your research. DO NOT USE WALGREENS an absolute joke of an establishment, and if you don’t believe feel free to try yourself, would be willing to bet money your experience is not pleasant…. Do better Walgreens.

Told me they had my medicine in stock then when I finally get my doctor to transfer it wasn’t in stock , as a pharmacy tech myself this is unacceptable as it was a C2, the pharmacist isn’t doing his job.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago as we have several prescriptions every month to pick up and this place was close to my job. I tried yesterday to pick up a script after work, was told it wasn’t ready after it sit there for 6 hours. I said I’d come pick it up in the morning. So I stop before work to pick it up and the very rude fluffy headed girl said it wasn’t ready. I asked why when it was to be filled yesterday. She wouldn’t tell me just kept very rudely telling me to come in and wait and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was already late for work, and they thought it was ok to make me wait longer. Freaking ridiculous. If you want your meds you have to babysit them and keep calling to remind them or you won’t get anything from them.

The pharmacy workers are ALWAYS rude. Always behind. I understand there will be days that you get behind. But this is an every day thing. Medicine will be called in one day and you go in days later for it still not to be filled. All while still having to wait forever for them to fill it because they are “so behind.” Worse pharmacy ever. And it doesn’t help when you can’t switch your pharmacies or I would. At this point I have been coming here for years and it’s the same situation over and over again. Everyone complains while waiting. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You would think someone from cooperate would have stepped in by now.

Flatwood, Ky Walgreens is so friendly. Today I have a stye on my right eye so I asked if a Pharmacist could assist me with the correct medicene to buy. Lynnette came out to help me look at the products & tells me that someone in her family had a stye & told me what had worked for them. She even walked around the aisles with me to make sure that I bought what works plus saved me money with the Walgreens brand which is the same exact thing she said! I can't thank Lynnette enough - so helpful & friendly- she was awesome!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service and turn around time for filling scripts. First, I’m not sure the pharmacy tech’s name (short blonde hair, glasses), but she was so rude to both my mom and myself on 2 separate occasions, one of which being today. Second, trying to get a script filled post-surgery so that you can have pain medicine is an absolute disaster. Saying “give me an hour” when called to make sure the script was ready before making the trip and going TWO AND A HALF hours later only for it to still not be ready is uncalled for. 2 times for unprofessionalism is two times too many in my opinion, so I’ll definitely be taking my prescriptions to a local family-owned pharmacy, where I’m talked to like a decent human and where my health and time are respected.

Slowest place I have ever dealt with. My meds were placed in the computer by my dr. at 10:45 am. I called at 7:15 pm still not ready. When I asked why? She said it did not hit their system until 5:00 pm. I say that's when they checked the computer and found it. Not very friendly for people who are supposed to be compassionate care givers. You go in there for a vaccine you have really messed up their day. I wish I knew how to get a hold of corporate.
