The people who work there are the best. Always willing to help. Keep up the good work.

After recently changing from medicaid to a private insurance, I have not been able to afford the medicine I need. Fortunately I got the chance to speak to Joe, who took the time out from his busy schedule to combine discount cards & get my medicine down to a price I could afford! Why didnt anyone else do this?! :( Thanks a million Joe ur great in what you do!

Flatwood, Ky Walgreens is so friendly. Today I have a stye on my right eye so I asked if a Pharmacist could assist me with the correct medicene to buy. Lynnette came out to help me look at the products & tells me that someone in her family had a stye & told me what had worked for them. She even walked around the aisles with me to make sure that I bought what works plus saved me money with the Walgreens brand which is the same exact thing she said! I can't thank Lynnette enough - so helpful & friendly- she was awesome!!!

Slowest place I have ever dealt with. My meds were placed in the computer by my dr. at 10:45 am. I called at 7:15 pm still not ready. When I asked why? She said it did not hit their system until 5:00 pm. I say that's when they checked the computer and found it. Not very friendly for people who are supposed to be compassionate care givers. You go in there for a vaccine you have really messed up their day. I wish I knew how to get a hold of corporate.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacist. When called out for being a smart ass for her flippant remark to my wife over her life saving medication that wasn't ready as scheduled, she went wild saying she wasn't going to take being cussed out. If you can't take being called a smart ass when that's exactly what you were doing, maybe find another line of work as opposed to telling a customer you don't care about their health and well being.

I called Walgreens today to find out if there was a problem with my Advair script because it had been put in yesterday for refill, but wasn't done. When I called, the technician said there was no problem; but they hadn't started it yet. I asked when it would be ready. She had no idea, so I asked for the pharmacist. She said it hadn't been started. I told her their app said it would be ready by 11:00. She barked that it was only a recommendation NOT a guarantee. It might take 2 days. I said, "ma'am, I will die without my breathing medicine and I am now out." She chuckled!! I said, very calmly, "ma'am, if you are telling me that it will take 2 days to fill my medication, I will have to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else." She laughed and said, "Go ahead." I said, "what?" I couldn't believe she said that. She laughed again and again said,"Go ahead." I asked her why she was being a bitch about it. (The woman just laughed about my death. I don't think that question was out of line.) She hung up on me. So Walgreens' representative laughed when I said I would die without my medicine and refused to fill it.
