Me and my mom test drove a Camry here and when we got back I noticed a piece of black electrical tape covering up the check engine light on the dash. I looked over at him and was like “what is this?!” He was trying to tell me something about how mechanics do that when they work on cars and they just must of forgot to remove it. Yea right buddy. He then called my mom and left her multiple voicemails cussing her out and telling her we wasted his time. Absolutely wild that this place is still in business.

This dude is a low life scammer he told my mom there was nothing wrong with the car but he let us test drive it only around the corner and soon as we bought it and drove away the check engine light came on and we went back to get our money back and he ran to the back while his daughter talked to us and said that we can’t get our money back till Friday and told us they were closed tomorrow but he was just tryna scam us . Please never buy from this dude he stole 5750 dollars from us

If I could give this review no stars, that’s what I would do. This dealer, who called himself a Christian, covered up the “Service Engine” light and when we realized it, he would not take any responsibility for it. We ended up losing approximately $4,000 on this used car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They sold my 17 year old son a 2000 Dodge Durango Truck for 5500.00. The truck literally broke down the day after we bought it. The break lines were all rusted out and well as the power steering needed replaced completely. Also, they told me that the AC didn't work but it would only take one small inexpensive part to replace it. Got a call from my mechanic and they said at least 1500.00 just to fix the air. I called them not even 24 hrs after purchase and they basically told me I was out of luck. They are pushy and all they care about it making the sale! NO MATTER WHAT DONT BUY FROM THEM. My son spent his savings there and they could have cared less that they took advantage of him!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This place just sold an overpriced Dodge Dakota to a 17yr old without even allowing them to test drive the car themselves or require them to have an adult/parent present. The day after he got the truck, it had to be towed out of his driveway and now needs $4000 worth of work done. When you call the dealership, they hang up on you. This poor kid just paid $5500 of his hard earned money to purchase this truck, and now it is not only not drivable, he had to pay for a tow truck, and now is facing another $4000 this fix it! Terry should be ashamed of himself for allowing and inexperienced teenager to purchase their first car from him, knowing good and well it was a piece of overpriced junk. Shame on you A&A Auto Sales in Florence, Kentucky.

Buyer beware. High pressure owner. Purchased a vehicle here and owner gave me a story that I found out he used over and over with customers. His story he likes to use “The car has either been driven by a pilot or a flight attendant and has been all highway miles” I’ve been told he uses the same story over and over. Highly recommend paying for a ******* to learn more about the vehicle. I personally would never buy from him again and would recommend looking for other reviews on this company before purchasing a vehicle here.... Read More

Rude. Very rude. Shady for telling people he is not a car dealer yet advertises on sites like Craigslist as owner.

Same review as everyone else. My wife and I pulled in just to browse after I got off work (so roughly 8:30pm....they couldn't legally sell a vehicle that late anyhow). Terry comes out and instantly insists we look a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. I've already owned one! We are looking for third row with bucket seats as we have four boys and I coach football. He insists we buy the Jeep telling us we should just purchase dodge seats to put in the trunk..he'd say over and over again “this is your carâ€. I'm not interested at that point what so ever. I loved my Jeep but another one wasn't what we were looking for. He asked probably 20 times what money we had to put down and we of course decided to lie as he had nothing large enough for us. We told him we weren't interested repeatedly. He kept hounding us as we made our way to our car with our sleeping infant. Told us multiple bogus stories about the types of cars we were interested in purchasing and said “I hope that traverse your going to buy doesn't rust out on ya!â€. I could help but wonder what his daughter thought about his sales technique. This guy is out of his mind treating potential customers the way he did. And news flash buddy, anybody can wipe down an engine and give it some shine. Those cars aren't worth at all what he wants. Stay away....

Terry is mentally unstable. Complete idiot sold me a car that he said his professional mechanic looked at a change all the fluids. Change the oil after I got it metal shavings were everywhere. Well a day later the car blows up. We went up there very nicely twice to see if we could make this right. An he disappears as soon as we walk in the door both times. And made use talk to his daughter. His daughter said that my mother was threatening her and sent the police to my house because she said she was going to write a bad review, haha cute. He is not willing to work with us. So now I'm 18 years old stuck with a blown up car that I have to make payments on and replace the motor. Thanks terry for being the honest veteran you said you were. I wouldn't give him one star if that was an option.

Terry is extremely rude and disrespectful! Won't look you in the eyes if you return after you make a purchase from him because he knows he did you wrong! This guy really sold a car with a lot of problems for a price the car was not worth!!!! Completely lied about everything that wasn't wrong with the car. This guy needs to be shut down

I was interested in the gold civic hybrid at the front of this place. I am very knowledgeable about these cars and cars in general. The salesman Terry obviously was not... at all. The NiMh IMA hybrid batteries go bad after sitting for a period of time, and the car throws a code for this. Terry tries to tell me that Honda said the car was perfect, the light meant nothing, it can come on if you leave the gas cap off. The typical used car salesman bs. Then continues to say he wants $4900 for the car... $4900!? For a car that needs a new $1200 hybrid battery. I was thinking $1900 for the car. Extremely overpriced, not trustworthy and down right rude.

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. Worst mistake ever! In less than six months we have spent over $3,000.00 in repairs. All new brakes, drive shaft had to be rebuilt, replaced the "new" tires that were on it because of bad flat spots, and on and on. Just paid another $550 (rear u-joint failed, clamp was falling off and had to have it towed to the shop) to get the vehicle back from two different shops. Now the Jeep is buzzing, grinding, growling, and vibrating so bad it can't be driven. Mechanics can't seem to pinpoint the issue. So it's parked until we can pay more repair bills! Now we have a vehicle we can't use, debt from all the repairs, a vehicle loan to pay off, and no transportation to our jobs!
