Had a great experience at US HWY 42 AutoZone. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a test on my car and told me exactly what it needed!! I am a happy customer! The other employees that were working were also friendly. Thank you autozone!

Was just there and asked a question and got a shrug and an "I don't know" as an answer. I accepted that and told the two gentlemen to have a good day and got absolutely no response. Not a huge deal, but what happened to customer service? Please, thank you, have a good day, how can I help you? This is customer service 101. I think these sales associates need retrained on customer service and etiquette. Just my two cents.

Stopped by today to have my Toyota Tundra battery checked. John not only checked the battery but the starter and alternator as well. All 3 checked out as healthy. I have been having a hard time starting my truck on the first try, so I thought I would come here first. I am retired and only use the truck one time every couple weeks or so in the winter months. We use our 4Runner instead. John recommended a battery maintainer. He said try this out, and if it you don't like it, bring it back within 90 days, and we will refund your money. Came home tonight and hooked it up to see if it helps. I am very satisfied with Autozones troubleshooting and advice. I have them check our boat battery every year before I take the battery to the lake where the boat is. They always check it at no cost and never pressure me to buy a battery. They just tell me what their diagnostic meter says and let me decide what I want to do. I will definitely keep coming back.

Poor service only here, please go to another Autozone!I came and bought a new battery here. I requested to change it but he refused it because your car would take 30min replacement time, so the cash register showed that it’s out of service range. I talked with him several times about free to change the battery, but he said it’s out of service range. He is unprofessional and with long hair.I went to another Autozone and requested to change it, he accepted and changed it within 5min… completely opposite one he said before 10 min. Although I didn’t buy the battery here, but he accepted.He is professional.

These guys are awesome!! I suspected I needed a new car battery. I called around and they had the BEST price. When I went in they checked my battery to make sure that is what I needed. (Something no other place will go without a significant charge).He sold me the battery and installed in about 5 minutes. Quick, easy, efficient and courteous!! I was blown away by the simplicity and straightforward exchange.Very impressed!!
