Went to this store last night with my child. Looking to have a girls night and you would not believe the customer service I received from these women! I had some items to return and also had a basket full of products I had planned to purchase. I had my receipt with me and I also had just bought the items a few days before. When I simply asked to have the money returned to the Original account, they became disrespectful on a level IVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE! My child was there so I was trying not to get confrontational however when the store MANAGER decided to make fun of my situation and humiliate me in front of my child, I decided enough was enough. I remained respectful but firm on the fact that I did not want a store gift card but I wanted my money returned to the original pay method. She then decided once all the customers were gone to then get loud with me. When I told her I was going to report this incident she then wanted to wait until the end of my return to try and make it sound like nothing happened, I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND I WILL BE GIVING NAMES and NO I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! (lisa, whatever your real name is, it is not okay to make fun of someone who is on disability and it is ? not ok to think they are unintelligent because of it!!!!) Disgusting! Then I go in today with my sister to return everything I bought and got profiled and they called the cops to come sit and wait for me to leave! Disgraceful!

Dirty store, all the products are dried out for testing and or disgusting looking, they have no inventory so it’s basically worthless to go here in store. They offer gifts with purchases but never seem to have the gifts, when speaking with the manager today she had no idea how any of it worked and did not offer up any solutions. She told me to leave and go look get the similar deal at Sephora. As a long term ulta shopper I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Erica did an amazing job on my Sasquatch stash. Jokes aside, Erica is always professional and very welcoming. They did the right thing putting the brow bar right when you walk in the door, because Erica is there to greet you with a warm smile!
